Love the cedar closets. A lot of bathrooms to have to keep clean! I don’t care for the floor plan just too convoluted. I don’t think you would’ve fit in that bathtub, I think you’d have to get a bigger one!
A beaut of a too big a house for me, most mansions are. I wonder what exactly what the "bad construction" was? Thanks for the tour Brandon! Rewatchin! 👍🤠
Shame all the " insides " are gonna be demolished with the house. Would be an awesome place. If it didnt have so much construction problems. Love the baseball cap 🧢 😊 Thanks for taking us along. ❤from Texas Panhandle.
Hi Brandon This is a lovely building. I call it a building because it really doesn’t have a home feel. It looks more like an office building with all the glass. This place has very large rooms and it’s like never ending. Every time you went into a room I kind of got lost. It’s way too big to be a house or a mansion. They can rent out office space in there. You asked about the bathtub well I personally would rather have a claw foot bathtub. It’s more attractive and probably just as deep. If people lived there as it being a house they must have had 4 or 5 maids to keep in clean. I saw Ethan’s version and I commented on it as a house but afterward I thought better of it. In that place you could have several parties going on at the same time. I like your version you did a great job showing us around but it’s just not a place to have a family. Way too large. Thanks for bringing us along with you and sharing this beautiful building. It’s a commercial building. Stay safe and well.👍🆒🏢
The kitchen area is great, I like this balcony design in the house. The fireplace and bathtub are beautiful, but the layout of the house is less inviting and kind of uncomfortable. Thanks for another fantastic exploration, Brandon.😊❤️
I like big bathtubs like that and the floors to and that one fire place in the back of the house by the window to sad that house is gonna get torn down it looks beautiful that house thank you for taking us along with you Brandon in that abandoned house beautiful marble all over the house and the the rest of it looks amazing ❤
I watch your videos everyday.there awesome and thank you.your videos kind of take me from all the hate in this world.the homes you video may be abandoned. but it shows lots of love in them. For some reason it takes me back to the way the world used to be so thank you
The ceilings are incredible in this place! I don’t go for real modern places but it probably was beautiful when full! Thank you again for another interesting adventure!
I don't understand how houses in America & Canada get pulled down after 20 years. I'm British and maybe because we're a small island compared to you guys, but houses/apartments get built and stay up for years. Much less land in the UK and probably stupidly expensive as well. Brandon, I really like your accent. I have no experience with regional accents in American but I'm gonna make a guess and say it's either New York or Jersey or Pitsburgh? Lovely house. It cost millions for a house like that in the UK 🙂
@@irenewatts2874 haha! That's hilarious. I did say I'm rubbish with accents... Hehe 🙂 thank you for kindly letting me know best wishes to you lovely lady 😍
nice mansion brandon a shame of bad construction to this place and only being up over 20 years so sad to see a place being demolished was nice to see this explore brandon cheers mate.
I love the open architecture particularly the windows and lighting. As far as the fireplace and the tub, I would be more old school and would prefer an old "clawfoot" style tub and a fireplace with real stone or brick.
Love the cedar closets, and to repel moths and things from your clothes and if you’re gonna get one of those tubs, get the big old-fashioned clawfoot tub that has kind of the edge on the back of it where you can lay down in it to so can be comfortable and also a thicker round edging on the edge of it where you can sit your butt when you’re getting into the tub and make sure it’s good and deep and most of all make sure it’s cast iron not these stupid, thin little acrylic ones nowadays great video🩷
We stayed in a B&B once that had a huge tub (clawfoot but similar idea). The problem is the water heating system producing enough hot water to take a bath.😂 Paid a decent amount of money and the hot water ran out at about 3 inches.
What gets me is, how can it be bad construction, when the building inspectors sign off on everything before the drywall goes up. It's probably an insurance scam.
Brandon That is another Party Mansion with multiple areas to Party i bet those holes in the liqor room are from the Air conditioners. I Aggree its very Mazy good to explore but to own i say KISS principle, good to see the materials will be recycmed its possible the place has foundation issues if you ve seen the the Movie with Tom Hanks and Shelly Long this Mansion could turn into " the Money Pit".
Too modern for me, it kind of looked like an office building. And a very confusing layout. I would have fried my mind trying to furnish that place for sure. Big bucks to build - poor construction. Glad we got to see it.
Who ever plnned this layout SUCKED ASS. I guess I missed something cause where were the bedrooms in that big of a place? Even that big bathroom toilet was pushed in a corner beside the shower with all that extra room doesn’t make sense. It's obvious that there were children cause of handprints everywhere. I'm happy they're recycling the things at this place though. Don't see much of that happening. Still a big waste of materials and things. The bar was huge enough for a small town to habituate. Good job Brandon getting it filmed before it was gone. Thanks
ts 38 The basement is not the game room it's the gay room, because that's where the son had hookups with his boyfriends, that later gets remodeled to become his basement apartment with a door to the outside. So he can stay home and take care of his senior parents who don't want to move out of the home they've always lived in. When you drive by the house you can always tell it's that style situation when you say those people have lived there for over 20 years and you see the four-door sedan that's the father's car in the garage and you see the two-door luxury Coupe or convertible thats the moms car in the garage and then you see the son's European sports car in the driveway outside the garage so that he can come and go unnoticed and go in and out that basement door unnoticed. And he's the caregiver for his senior parents who pay for everything. It's a common scenario you'll see in rich neighborhoods. Well the house that had the straight son they put a for sale sign up soon after he moved out cuz they didn't need all that extra space. He went and got his own house. Because no wife is going to want to go live in a guys parents house in the basement. But the gay son is happy to live in the basement because none of his relationships ever last it's that revolving door that spins round and round one person after another. That revolving basement door. LOL hahaha. I love seeing that scenario in these Mansions in expensive neighborhoods and you can always tell by the cars in the driveway.
That cedar closet is made for keeping moths out of the clothes! And to smell amazing! ❤
👍👍❤
Cedar closets are to repel moths, etc. from munching on furs & woolens. Smells good too! Thanks…
Beautiful home it's ashamed it's going to be torn down loved your videos i enjoyed watching
Your drone footage is an awesome addition to the channel. We loved this explore! Thanks, Brandon. We can always count on you! ❤
Those stainless steel sinks are worth reusing!
I have a tub like that. The only one who uses it is my 4 yr old niece when she spends the weekend. Lol, it's her "pool".

As always loving a video from you😊👍😍
Idc if it's bad construction, there's always a chance to make it better In fantastic condition!
Basement way too far from the kitchen 😂
Shame all the " insides " are gonna be demolished with the house. Would be an awesome place. If it didnt have so much construction problems.
