According to the other bloggers, this house was built in the late 1890's. Interesting how the newer basement is moldy and the older part isn't and is in good shape. Great video. Thanks.

The apparatus in the laundry is for drying delicate clothing. It lowers for access and raises to be out of the way.

This house is beautiful love the natural hardwood floors. They cant tear it down. Please close the windows so the tain dosent get in
Usually if they have a basement, they leave the electric on so the sub pump keeps the basement from flooding.
Why not turn the running water off? I've never understood going into a house and the water still on, and it can be easily turned off!
