I’m in Missouri now. Lived in Florida for 16 years. Loved it. Love to see homes from there. Makes me want to go back. Would love to see more from Florida.
We're living in Barbados for a few months, and there are so many abandoned or unfinished homes. You wonder what the story is behind them? It looks like many people have big plans but run out of money before they get the roof on! The problem for a lot of people is they have no construction skills themselves and labour is expensive! Few people now want to go into manual trades as it is hard physical work. So those that do can make good money. Anyway, great documenting, enjoying your newly discovered channel 😊
We lived on the beach, from 2009 until 2010, and my asthma never returned. Best place that I have always loved... anywhere salt water is. Beautiful home... thank You 🌅💖🌅
The back of the house with the ocean view is so beautiful. And I also love gloomy days, but however, the house look like it’s so cheaply made. It’s beautiful, but I feel like they could’ve put more into it. Condolences to the ones who live there and their family. But I also think that major renovations are needed to be done on this house.
What’s up Big Bankz? Was in a motorcycle accident couple months ago, hit & run. Pretty much Bedridden. Been binge watching all your vids. Appreciate you & wish you all the best brother. God Bless…🙏🏻
Hey there. I'm sorry bout your accident. I hope you get better. I am stuck with oxygen due to pneumonia, but at least I got out the hospital. Being injured or sick is hard, but I wish you comfort and health. ❤
@@sandranelson5979 Thank you Sandra, was on my motorcycle & a pickup truck went thru the intersection & nailed me. Almost avoided it. No Road Rash or bruising, no broken ribs or paralysis or death. So all in all feel extremely lucky to just have the broken leg. Completing physical therapy & resting. Seeing it as a staycation at home & happy to be here. Really enjoying Big Bankz house tours. Very interesting & entertaining to watch. Grateful for them…
that iridescent blue!!!!! I wanted to paint the Caribbean Ocean on my Master Bath Ceiling. Took me at least 15 "ocean" colors. Then the accidental mix of glaze and pearlized white paint to Sponge on the ceiling. I live in the Pacific Northwest. LOVE my feelings of the Caribbean!!! PAINT MAGIC IS........EVERYTHING!!!!!!
I’m in England too and like you say we are very used to gloomy weather. The abandoned properties in the US are a lot more interesting than ours in the UK as we just seem to tear down the beautiful properties to make way for supposed affordable housing estates
That view! How beautiful. The house from the outside looked nice but it seemed that the stairs were just so cheaply made and put together. Thanks for sharing your find😊
Love these videos but today, I’m in deep mourning as I just lost my aunt who was like my mother this week. But this reminded me of her because she and my uncle had a place in northern FL. Pajama city beach, actually. We used to go every summer until they sold it serveral years back. Also the Bible verse in the beginning, I found some comfort in seeing this today. Thank you for showing it and you are also so kind and respectful of the properties you show. ❤
Another Beautiful Home what an Amazing Sight to See and Hear every morning I would live there ny Babies will be on the Beach every day morning till night and camping on the beach Beautiful Big Bankz Thanks Again
Nothing better on a lovely gloomy day than sinking into my comfortable chair in the library to snuggle down with a good book, a cup of tea, and some vinyls playing. If it is also a cold day add a fire in my fireplace hearing the waves break. Perfection. If my husband is also having a lazy day we might play gin, backgammon, chess, work on a puzzle or just read together occasionally sharing a bit of what we read that we hadn’t previously realized, that moved us, or especially that made us laugh.
It's so sad when people who have passed on and doesn't have family members to carry on their estates it's tragic and heart sore. I'm following literally everything on ur channel and the homes u show and the respect u show each home omg tells me how much u respect every mansion left abandoned 😢
What a shame for this lovely house. Too bad. Love the bathrooms, really cool. That back deck looked pretty sketchy, watch your step. Great explore Bankz and thank you.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the tour Bankz. I know I sure would take this "ugly" house just to live next to the ocean. Always dreamed of living on the water. Maybe one day 🙏🤞
Hey man, thank you for these videos they're a much needed change up in my queue. Oh and it's good to know I'm not the only one who appreciates grey days. God Bless.
Have to say very nice to be able to have a place on the beach ..get up and enjoy!! Thank you for sharing with us as it will just be a part of history soon ...
Yeah, black tile has a tendency to look really messy if you don't tend to EVERY. LITTLE. DROPLET/RUN OF WATER. It is pretty, but a real pain to keep looking nice every day.
I love it. We're 15 miles from Galveston so I do beach a lot. I would LOVE to have a beach house (one story or an elevator) but they do have a LOT of upkeep. Heck, we get water and it's so far from the pretty beaches. I would have a cinderblock house with storm windows if I lived down there, the hurricanes are really heck on the wood and stucco, the damp just works on it all the time, much less the wind and rains.
From the outside, that home looks wonderful but the inside….the artwork, the pastel colors of the bed linens and just the design of the bathrooms, all so random. It screams 1980’s vibes in a way (just my opinion). Compared to my home everything else is a mansion! Hehe. 😊 Watching from Colorado! Thanks for this weeks vid BigBankz! Stay well
Very cool. The outside doesn’t seem to match the inside. It’s was very 1980s, because I had those bendable rollers in high school. Everything looked neat, but the staircase railing is weird. Your voice is very calming & I enjoyed watching while trying to sleep. New sub here. 😻👍🍀
What a beautiful sight and sound to wake up to each morning and fall asleep to each night. It’s a shame. But awesome video Bankz. You were making me nervous walking on that wood. lol
Awesome looking house on the beach! The stucco is cool to bad it’s buckling! The room under the stairs reminds me of a Harry Potter room. The blue paint under the stairs is like an accident wall. All and all is beautiful!
I think I heard you say in the beginning that this is/was a beautiful mansion, I’m shocked, you usually have better taste. The black bathroom was the only thing I saw that wasn’t a cheap, cookie cutter plain large house. No wonder they didn’t repair it after it was damaged. It reminds me of a bad timeshare place. Build it cheap with no personality, just plain bare essentials. Maybe it was built so that family or friends could come and stay on the beach for a few days at time. I’m not sure why I said so much but anyway…. Thanks for the video, you can’t win them all.
Thanks for the tour, BigBankz. Pretty cool by the majestic ocean. 🌊 - I do think the place is kind of cold looking though, no personality. Nothing compared to many of the places you've been through but still pretty cool video. 😎✌️
STUNNINGLY beautiful location! Wonderful home before it went to decay ---- sooo sad. I'm curious if there is a garage? LOL a real ocean sponge. Oh wow crazy, I'd really want a toilet IN my bathroom! Glad you found it and shared it!
Well was obviously built cheaply, even in area it was more summer place . Storms did most of damage an neglect. Vandals weren't interested evidently. Even if it's going to be demolished is there any harm in closing windows or doors,?
BigBankz, I like this place & I would stay the night, lol. I always enjoy seeing your video's & seeing what your gonna show next. Keep up the good work!!
Yo! I do beach chairs at the condo like 6 houses away for the past 7 years. I run by that house everyday, always wondered what the inside looked like. The area is called 30A and there’s a few more houses that were kind of… left behind but majority have been destroyed and rebuilt
This house is so cheaply built .Just look at the plain cheap box plain . The builder uses the cheapest crap he could find. The storm didn't damage the house the builder did.
This house not very plush so it may have been a weekend place for family and a rental combined. Furniture left and pictures very casual and low end. Which makes sense for light family use and rental. The lot is more valuable than the house!??
Normally I’m for saving homes but in this case, if I was wealthy, I would purchase the lot at the going rate for beach property in that area. It is a nice location, then forgive me greeners, that entire home is going into a landfill as I have it torn down to build my new home. Even if it didn’t have structural damage, it’s full of mold, plus this house appears so low-end…cheap cabinets, floors, doors, bathrooms, that I wouldn’t have been impressed to see it prior to the storm damage…6 million dollars now, what was it priced to be worth before the storm.
Nice video, although not my style whatsoever. It's unfortunate it was left to deteriorate. But some other rich people will rebuild and enjoy that perfect ocean view. One thing I will never understand is why explorers leave doors and windows open? When all that needs to be done, if remotely possible, is to close them. That protects birds from going inside, then becoming trapped, which ultimately becomes their death sentence. Plus, why allow the home to deteriorate more rapidly due to being opened up to the elements? I wish the majority of explorers wouldn't just observe opened doors and / or windows, but I wish they'd close them if it is a possibility to do so. I do know of a few who do take the initiative to close opened doors and windows to protect it and the creatures. Protect our wildlife!
Looks like this home was styled in the early 90s (?), and had low end furniture and fixtures. Wonder why they didn’t get the home repaired after the storm? No insurance? Had they already passed away? So many questions on this one
BANKZ; Love the background of the properties and at least the state that you’re in. I understand that you can’t share your exact location due to vandalism; ect
That’s beach energy :). All positive ions coming off the water. I’m sure it’s why most are drawn to live close by.
I’m in Missouri now. Lived in Florida for 16 years. Loved it. Love to see homes from there. Makes me want to go back. Would love to see more from Florida.
This house has a very 90s aesthetic. I almost thought the kitchen would be full of sunflowers 🌻

Despite the storms, there would be nothing like living on the coast in a tropical area.
What’s your problem.

@@twistedtypos2029 I got a kenmore set from like 1983, 😂 the last set was Maytags from 1978
Such a pity this place is abandoned.. it's got a spectacular ocean view😍
The land is more valuable than the house itself.
