Sadly they've been doing it & selling it to us for years. They are just trying to introduce it to us legally now. Look at all the "convenient seedless" fruits in the stores. If there are no seeds how is it reproduced? Pineapple doesn't have a seed but if you put the top in soil it will regrow. Leave an onion or potato on the counter long enough or putcitcin soil they will start sprouting.

I have sickle cell anemia was sick in the hospital recently. They told me my HGB had dropped to 5.1 at that level I should be dead. They kept drawing blood daily, sometimes twice daily, which lowers your blood level. My blood is messed up from blood transfusion previously, so getting another transfusion is almost impossible. In the United States, raw vegetables and fruits are still not good because they are not putting nutrients in our soil. Our fruits and vegetables are 50% less affected than they were years ago so we have to supplement with vitamins and minerals in order to get the full effect of our fruits and vegetables in America, we live in a country that has its healthcare a part of the stock market. You put everything I have been saying in a nutshell. Healthcare is a business. I know because that is my profession. The money made off people who don't take care of themselves in basic ways is astounding. I see what the charges are and how the billing to insurance companies work. People need to wake up. Same for lack of nutrients in vegetables. Younger generations have no idea what a real tomato is supposed to taste like. I grew up on a farm. Now, everything is mass produced. I have been eating from Sebi's Food List since 2006. I increased my healing and cleansing with his nutrition program. I was a vegetarian from 1992, but I did not know about the man-made foods and starch until I met Dr. Sebi. Sea Moss is for the fish, and mushrooms are do not contain chlorophyll. I eat almost everything else on his food list as long as it comes from creation. I have not eaten meat, fish or dairy in 32 years. I thank Dr. Sebi for his sacrifice. Dr. Sebi is a Saint.

My parents and grandparents had farmed veggies. They were from the south.
We had Bayou healers growing up down here in Louisiana. My mom and dad used some of those natural tactics to cure us from colds the flu and pneumonia. I remember not knowing pneumonia was a hospital illnesses because my parents healed us at home. Oranges, lemons, limes, onions and tomatoes were some of the main fruit and veggies I remember eating. A lot of people forget that it is the body that is getting rid of toxins. So, the skin and respiratory systems are first to start displaying symptoms of toxicity. This could even be due to eating the wrong food.... Know your body.
At the time I started Dr sebi diet, I couldn't have children, I was obese, I had gastroenteritis and a leaky gut.
I fasted for 35 days and then continued his food list and I was healed, I couldn't afford to eat organic fruits and veg and I just ate what I could afford and I still reversed my imbalances. I have to keep it 100 here. I eat more rice, beans and oatmeal now than ever before in my life. I eat those things every day too. I've always had elevated cholesterol, but last September, I was getting close to the 300 total cholesterol level. I had already been put on blood pressure medication after seeing a reading of 180/110 at a doctor's appointment.
Long story short, I cut cheese, butter, eggs and processed meats like beef jerky and meat snacks out of my diet. I cut sweets out too. I may eat peanut butter with honey as a snack sometimes though. I eat oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast. I eat a midday snack of steamed unseasoned veggies. My main meal will contain brown or white rice, chicken, tomatoes, avocado, black beans and lettuce. I'll eat another meal that will consist of a meat and a veggie.
I'm 51 and my blood pressure is back to normal. My cholesterol is closer to 200 and steadily dropping. My weight is 200 lbs and I'm right at 15 percent body fat. I feel great.
I keep seeing these videos saying to not eat rice, oatmeal or beans. I feel better now than I did in my 20s. I think people need to find what works for them because eating these food has really helped me.

This is great information, when I travel to my homeland Honduras which is where Dr. Sebi is from all I eat is good grown from the local farmers. Without knowing about this man I started on an Alkaline diet. I went from 152 to 135 in two weeks. I’m an advocate of the Alkaline diet.

Same i dis it for two weeks. Too restrictive. I only do it to cleanse my body. As long as we take proper care of our bodies and eat in moderation, we will be fine. Besides his list is only alkaline foods. There are lots of other foods thats not a hybrid. My food list is anything that was naturally created of the earth.
Just pick 1 or 2 days out your week to cheat in moderation only. 90% of your diet should be Dr. Sebi’s. Eventually your body will get used to it and you will rarely crave a cheat day.
I fid this eating plan, and I lost 30lbs, got my heavenly bronzed skin back, grew out my hair, grew nails that are thick and strong and can outrun and oute exercise people the 20, 30, and even the 40 somethings I work with. Ill be eating this way FOREVER!!

Me and my husband ate a weird ribeye steak last week. The steak looked perfect. The perfectly placed and perfectly colored trim of fat and the perfectly portioned pink meat. At the time I thought they looked good, I’d never seen such a beautiful piece of meat. But as we ate it, it didn’t taste like any ribeye I’d ever eaten. It didn’t even taste like beef really.

The average grocery bill at Whole Foods for organic fruits, veggies and grass fed beef is $280. This is for 1 person per week. This price is based on small portion meals twice a day. How add real healthy bottled water add another $30 per week. This is $1240 a month just to eat healthy. Most people will go to a lesser quality market and get a basket full of food for $280 to feed 2 - 3 people per week.

I chose this alkaline lifestyle in 2019 when diagnosed with MS. I did try the medication route, but i had way too many side effects, so i stopped them and went the alkaline route. I also started using various herbs; I am med free and doing so well!
