My grandmother Amanda Brooks lived 104 years born 1913 died 2017 . She had two cornea transplants and a colon resection and finally knee replacement. I said all of this because she didn't smoke nor drink but she had 14 live births in hospitals and black doctors throughout her life. I believe it is in the genes more so than anything. As of today her daughter my aunt is 90 years young and her oldest meaning she has 13 behind her thriving. It's the genes.

When i got dehydrated in Costa Rica i was sweating non stop and i was weak it was 98°+ 100% humidity coming from 37°... I ate a pickle and got my energy back..i was drinking a lot of water but i was sweating out all the salt from my body..and the food was way better there.. now I'm back in the states the food is bad here everything in Costa Rica was fresh grown from the Earth.

They have industrial hog farms in many agricultural states in the midwest that breed & raise THOUSANDS of filthy hogs (at any given time). The hogs produce a massive amount of shyt & piss (manure) and many of the small streams, rivers, & lakes in those states is now contaminated. Even the underground water tables & aquifers are now contaminated. So the agricultural farms are often using E. Coli contaminated water to irrigate their crops.

Some of you are over 65? If you are, I’m pretty sure about 20 yrs ago, you probably started noticing how chicken barely tastes like chicken anymore & that the chicken meat has a rubbery texture when you bite into it & being chewing. Believe me people!!!!!! It’s real!!!!!! Some of my friends & family thought it was just them thinking this. They were afraid others would think they were crazy if they brought it up. Then, a conversation on afternoon went into the food changes direction. And there we were; in agreement, and they were glad to know they were not crazy
I am 65 and the food isn't the same. I no longer eat chicken, it simply doesn't taste like chicken of the 70's. All foods in the US are poisoned. Grow a garden wherever you can. Peace

I’m almost 60 and yes you are right chicken doesn’t taste the same. I had bought some organic chicken a little while back and it tasted like the chicken that I grew up eating. I was so amazed at the difference from then to now. This is crazy insane
I’ve started my veggie garden a few months ago because of this. I noticed some of our fruits do not have seeds and that’s not good. So I too encourage every one to start their own garden.
None of the meat including processes meats taste anything like before. The changes were gradual. First the chicken tasted minty, then bland, then the skin and flesh texture changed. That's why the encourage adding bullion and soup packets to food to enhance the taste. We all know, there aren't enough chickens, cows, beef, pigs or fish to meat the demands of the consumers and restaurants. Therefore, they had to create a solution by making man made meat products, as well as vegetables. Food is now fabricated and fake. Grains aren't real either.
Remember that the fallen hates humanity... and we're fighting with the devil on a massive scale... everything that hurts your body and soul...

That’s why I don’t eat outside foods , I only cooked what I buys because I don’t trust anyone. I’m 76 years in a few weeks, therefore I’m making sure I will never end up into nursing home. What made me take my health serious to the max is when i found Dr Bobby Price. He broke things down that made me sick to my stomach but made me say " This makes sense. I was so called healty tv dinners, so called healthy chips, healthy cereal. Etc. I thought the sardines, mackerel, salmon in a can was good for me but when Dr Price said that if you a animal gets hit by a car after a few days its gon stink and rot and go bad so how can food in a can sit on shelves in the store for months and still be fresh? That messed me up. That food will tear your stomach up. Thats what it did to me. Sure it taste good but everything that taste good aint good for you. I really had to watch videos for hours because i wanted to know more. I learned so much. I even pass it on to family friends, coworkers. Etc. I cut out so many foods in my life. I aint meat in 3 months. Its tough because i love Wild caught salmon but for now im on a plant based diet. Im 47 so i know i cant be eating how i use to. I always think about the consequences of eating fastfood, pizza, juicy greasy burgers, Fat tacos, big cheesy beef burritos. Etc. I dont eat that stuff. Havent in a long time but every now and then you get that craving. I work out regular. Always on the move. Im 5"10 and 155 cut like a razor but its about being healthy and feeling good. I hope everybody takes their health serious because being in pain aint no fun. ✌️❤ 💯

What's MOST frustrating about docs like this is unless you have the money to go places that have real "clean" food (out of country to little islands' as of yet untouched farms), you cannot put most of this information to good use. The veggies at the grocery stores are either Frankenfruit (code #3xxx/#4xxx)or grown from Frankenseeds (and promoted as organic. Our digestive system is all messed up because we must be eating rubber, especially in lettuce. Even young people are having to take something to make them go, daily. I'm continually adjusting my diet. I always have.
At 64 years my Doctors tried to convince me I was sick, with High Blood Pressure and Type Two Diabetes. (I knew they saw only spikes because of recent meals.) I weighed 220 at the time.
Now at 71 years I weigh 165 as a result of dietary changes. It has been confirmed my BP is normal as is my Blood Sugar.
I had never told my Doctors that I'd monitored my BP and Blood Sugar for more than 30 years. I allowed Them to believe I was accepting Their diagnoses. Upon realizing They were incorrect based upon further tests I eventually told Them about my dietary process and failure to take prescriptions made.
I am healthy.
They don't know what to say to me now.

I use to drink SunnyD once the recipe was changed I stopped getting.

My great, great grand patents in Africa lived for more than 95 years of age because they ate organic food, drunk tea without sugar, but with lemon and lime, used ash salt for cooking, boiled their food. They lived for 45 years more than their children and grand children who lived in the cities and ate mostly oily food, genetically modified food, used a lot of sugar, drunk sugar-added factory juice, ate rice, and a lot of farm animal meat.
Thankfully I grow my own food. Plus get meat from a farm that raise my cow naturally and wild because I don’t want any other meat for my son.

I am from Auckland nz and Im 45 and have heart disease 😔 no energy.. Struggle to do anything, have kids and am a solo dad.. Price of living is up.. One heart pill requires $50 a month.. Can barely afford food and power.. Need grow veggies but energy is low but obviously its the way to go.. They say 30% heart disease die within the first 5 years.. Im year one.. Wonder if their pills are healing me or killing me. Wonder what natural substitute is there.. Where do i find this knowledge.. Wouldnt know where to start.. Who will pay for my funeral.. Where does my 15yr old and 14yr old go.. Im not ready to die.. Im broken and lost. God please help me❤ 🙏 please help me ❤

I was in Nicaragua for say 5 weeks . I was ill i had no idea what was wrong with me . But i have to say this .The food there was fresh no posin at all in the foods there and it tasted so good no matter what you ate .in fact i lost weight .I ate everything.Nowi see that we have been fooled by companies that are only interested in selling what they make OMG my cousin Patty was wright .
Some our problems are related to the things we don't know we put in our body. It is not just genetically modified foods. Too many chemicals are used. I am going to concentrate on my goal of acquiring a small holding to ensure I get the good quality food my body deserves.
I noticed the dirt in my yard isn’t dirt, it’s a mixture of something that I can’t explain, the rain sit on top of the grass takes forever to soak in, and the grass isn’t grass it will cut your feet up if you walk barefoot.
This is a new Florida construction development so I believe that’s part of the reason why people cannot grow produce because the dirt isn’t going to allow the process to grow
