Sadly they've been doing it & selling it to us for years. They are just trying to introduce it to us legally now. Look at all the "convenient seedless" fruits in the stores. If there are no seeds how is it reproduced? Pineapple doesn't have a seed but if you put the top in soil it will regrow. Leave an onion or potato on the counter long enough or putcitcin soil they will start sprouting.

Moving toward self sufficiency is good, but growing 100% of your food is out of reach to many, especially when so many of our cities have soil that is contaminated by pollutants from before emmissions standards were in place. Large initial investment. Make the moves you can. Get organic, buy local if necessary. Support your local communities because there's less work for all when everyone's helping each other.

I have sickle cell anemia was sick in the hospital recently. They told me my HGB had dropped to 5.1 at that level I should be dead. They kept drawing blood daily, sometimes twice daily, which lowers your blood level. My blood is messed up from blood transfusion previously, so getting another transfusion is almost impossible. While in the Hospital I looked up how to increase my blood level, simply drinking beet juice, having lentils, legumes brought my levels up to 6.6 four days after I left the hospital. Yes I have and reversed my thyroid. I am now working on losing my weight and reversing my diabetes I could not walk at one point, now I am walking slowly. I do have degenerative joint disease and 4 lower vertebrate's are fused making walking much harder for me. But I am able to walk with limitations now. The money made off people who don't take care of themselves in basic ways is astounding. I see what the charges are and how the billing to insurance companies work. People need to wake up. I’ve been on and off the dr sebi’s diet for about 7 years. Didn’t get Covid even though my partner and mom had it and I took care of them. I slept next to my partner and did not get sick. My parents and grandparents had farmed veggies. They were from the south.
We had Bayou healers growing up down here in Louisiana. My mom and dad used some of those natural tactics to cure us from colds the flu and pneumonia. I remember not knowing pneumonia was a hospital illnesses because my parents healed us at home. Oranges, lemons, limes, onions and tomatoes were some of the main fruit and veggies I remember eating. Also provided with breathing in the heat from the vaporizer. It had us coughing up so much mucus in one day and my mom always said always spit it out never swallow it back. How did you do it ? What methods of Dr. Seriously did you follow ?
At the time I started Dr sebi diet, I couldn't have children, I was obese, I had gastroenteritis and a leaky gut.
I fasted for 35 days and then continued his food list and I was healed, I couldn't afford to eat organic fruits and veg and I just ate what I could afford and I still reversed my imbalances. Just the fact that I had removed cheese, meat, fish, eggs, rice, basically everything he said we shouldn't eat it still worked even though it was not organic. This taught me that even if you can't afford to do it the way you should just eating from nature still will give you something man made food could never give. Mother Nature still heals even when she has been compromised by man, I am so grateful for dr sebi handing down the truth, it changed my life and my children.

I remember when I had fibroids and I went to see a GYN. The average grocery bill at Whole Foods for organic fruits, veggies and grass fed beef is $280. This is for 1 person per week. This price is based on small portion meals twice a day. How add real healthy bottled water add another $30 per week. This is $1240 a month just to eat healthy. I have to keep it 100 here. I eat more rice, beans and oatmeal now than ever before in my life. I eat those things every day too. I've always had elevated cholesterol, but last September, I was getting close to the 300 total cholesterol level. I had already been put on blood pressure medication after seeing a reading of 180/110 at a doctor's appointment.
Long story short, I cut cheese, butter, eggs and processed meats like beef jerky and meat snacks out of my diet. I cut sweets out too. I may eat peanut butter with honey as a snack sometimes though. I eat oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast. I eat a midday snack of steamed unseasoned veggies. My main meal will contain brown or white rice, chicken, tomatoes, avocado, black beans and lettuce. I'll eat another meal that will consist of a meat and a veggie.
I'm 51 and my blood pressure is back to normal. My cholesterol is closer to 200 and steadily dropping. My weight is 200 lbs and I'm right at 15 percent body fat. I feel great.
I keep seeing these videos saying to not eat rice, oatmeal or beans. I feel better now than I did in my 20s. I think people need to find what works for them because eating these food has really helped me.

agree with you, what works for me is beans (not all beans) and actually i buy and eat canned beans with no problems. I also eat white rice, vegetables, onions, some fruits, eggs and fish.

The problem is, most fruit are seedless now 😢. I've started a bucket garden until I can get the trees cut down in my backyard to start a land garden and greenhouse.

Same i dis it for two weeks. Too restrictive. I only do it to cleanse my body. As long as we take proper care of our bodies and eat in moderation, we will be fine. Besides his list is only alkaline foods. There are lots of other foods thats not a hybrid. My food list is anything that was naturally created of the earth.
Just pick 1 or 2 days out your week to cheat in moderation only. 90% of your diet should be Dr. Sebi’s. Eventually your body will get used to it and you will rarely crave a cheat day.
