77 and my body has changed very little. I was diagnosed with cancer in 1979. That's when i went on whole plant food diet. 45 years of great health. No animal protein required. No supplements.

When eating out I do occasionally eat eggs or fish. Maybe once a month. No other animal protein. Sometimes pasta. In the last 45 years I have varied the amount of animal protein from none to once or twice a week. Once a month or less is best for me. I hope I have been helpful. GOOD HEALTH!
Sounds like you’re doing well ! I didn’t learn until recent years that our bodies run on protein as we age rather hormones when younger .. So more protein when older is a must as is load bearing exercise to keep bone density!

60 is nothing. Age can gallop on you in your seventies if you don't take care, but it does sound like you're doing that. Stay with at least 90% grown foods and your 70s and beyond will be gentle with you. Don't buy into this carnivore diet nonsense no matter who's touting it.

I was down to 160! I’m back to 190! I’m struggling very my belly too! I was eating oatmeal a lot when I I was a runner! I love love salmon! I scrambled eggs with egg whites..! I lift everyday!

It's your genetics that play a key role in your health and looks. Food, good habits come secondary.

That's an incredible combination of good genetics, being black (which is a huge advantage because they have much greater protection from the sun and don't show as much damage over time as white people) and dedication to a healthy diet and exercise. He looks absolutely incredible for that age. Hell that would be impressive at 65 much less 78.

I've always liked Ernie Hudson. Besides Ghostbusters, he was a sarcastic cop in, The Crow, and a special needs man going up against the evil Nanny, in The Hand that Rocks the Cradle. A great actor.

He is such a great actor and sweet guy, Happy for him that he survived 2 types of cancers and is ok now.... but his diet needs lots of improvement if he wants to not get cancer again or other health problems.

I was down to 160! I’m back to 190! I’m struggling very my belly too! I was eating oatmeal a lot when I I was a runner! I love love salmon! I scrambled eggs with egg whites..! I lift everyday!

Swears by ACV ( apple cider vinegar), this alone is the elixir for a flat tummy. A teaspoon in a quarter of water every morning ( before any other meal) gives you the best start to neutralize your body from other acidic intakes.

I like the Carnivore Diet and have lost 122 lbs and I am 79! But some of his diet is good.
