Enjoying the landscape examples you include in your videos, they really help to explain the ideas. Good picks.

Thank you for the introduction to many different artists' work. And, again, I appreciate your teaching us how to look at the workings of a painting.

You have a way of laying it on the table like no one else does...!

Great presentation. Please do a similar session on pine forests and vertical hardwoods. Large stands of pine trees and closely gathered vertical trunks in a forest may reveal an entirely different approach and techniques

Phil, thanks for the “master class” on the subject of trees. I am thinking right now wondering if you failed to mention any of the essentials. Really good!

Hi Phil - You were kind enough to tell me that your work and methods are suitable also for acrylics and that many of your members are acrylic painters. I was wondering if you could refer me to a source that could give demos on use of acrylic mediums so that I can obtain the 'juicy' quality of oils. I used to paint with oils and I loved that 'oily' quality - but I paint in my bedroom with limited ventilation so gave that up. Can't seem to make the acrylics comparable. Thank you.

Hi, I don't know of any acrylic workshops or demos. But William Hook is a very good acrylic painter
