Raisin cookies
Ingredients:
1 egg
50 grams room temperature butter
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Mix icing sugar and soft butter and vanilla. Then add egg and mix well with mixer. Then add half of flour and raisins. Then add the remaining flour and mix. Then place in the oven tray and bake for 15-20 minutes at 320 F/160 C. These cookies are the best. Enjoy!
