I have been using The Ordinary Argireline for a year now and have seen fabulous results, especially when it came to the softening of the lines (not fine lines, LINES or WRINKLES) on my forehead.
I appreciate how you explain in depth. I started using this 2 weeks ago and this does work (for me.). I was feeling down that my face was starting to look old. I'm so pleased. You're awesome Doc ❣️
Here’s my experience with it. I purchased it because I read it was like Botox in a bottle; I don’t have wrinkles so I didn’t really expect to see much of a change, and as someone who’s never tried Botox before I was just curious. I NEVER knew my skin could use the extra “lift”, because that’s basically what it did for my skin. I have chubby cheeks, which always sagged but it lifted it. My skin looks MUCH younger, it’s almost eery. I also have a dehydration line under my left eye, so I applied Argireline under it and it’s gone. It works like Botox. I understand it doesn’t Literally work like Botox, but it gives similar results as Botox , from my experience. I’m obsessed with it, mostly since I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks.
I definitely want to try it now. I used to think the entire anti-aging industry was a scam! But I'm actually feeling more hopeful now. I have ordered some tretinoin and plan to try this as well. Wish me luck.
i've been using the Ordinary Argireline & Matrixyl combo for at least six months now and I've seen some improvement in the fine static wrinkles starting to form on my top forehead. It's certainly not an overnight sensation, but enough that I've kept it in my routine. I do find the combo of peptides to improve hydration, and maybe that's why the static lines look less prominent? At the price point and with zero irritation or side effects, I've been happy to keep it on the routine-- for now :) Thanks for breaking down the studies on Argireline for us!
I watch you all the time, FINALLY….a reputable intelligent video with real facts and sincere advice on how to care for your skin! Thank you for sharing your wisdom!
This is good info! I'm much more interested in diminishing static wrinkles than preventing muscle movement. Sidenote though, I'm so sick of brands using the term "Botox in a bottle" for every new product that has supposed anti aging benefits 🙄 I've been hearing it for years and it's always about something different than the last
Same! I like my face to have movement (dynamic) but hate when I have wrinkles when not moving (static). So this product, along with its hydrating properties, seems like a product to try.

Your presentations (in my humble opinion), are akin to an art form, and I for one, look forward, always to viewing your videos, knowing I will be the wiser and more fully informed for them. Thanks for your passionate attention to the subjects at hand. Be well, much success to you
I really appreciate this video. As a cosmetic chemist, I get questions like this all the time. The biggest difference I can say is that anything topical is not as efficacious as something that is injected. A majority of the skincare products in the market is so heavily marketed beyond it’s true capabilities. Personally, I am lucky enough to make my own skincare as opposed to wasting it on uber-boosted products. Lee up the great videos!
I used to use Botox religiously, but it started wearing off within a couple of months. And spending $500 every few months isn't happening! So I tried the Ordinary's Argireline, and...it's AMAZING! I haven't needed Botox in about a year now! The only advantage I can see with Botox is that it does give me a slight lift of my eyebrows and lip, but my wrinkles are gone either way. I will never be without Argilerine!
Yup. I still have a tiny line (elevens) that would go away with Botox, but I don't have crow's feet, and my forehead lines are minimal. That said, I'm also doing a ton of skincare, including tretenoin...but argireline has really helped keep me from feeling like I need Botox. I can tell the difference when I stop using it!
You are _THEE_ business! Thank you for the details on the clinical research you provide and your down-to-earth (sometimes bubble-bursting ☺) realism - really appreciated! 💖
I recently used up a bottle of Good Molecules peptide serum and found it incredibly hydrating. So if nothing else I can definitely attest to the moisturizing properties of it. My skin felt very hydrated and smooth after use.
I was wondering what this stuff was when I saw it at Ulta. You look so good these days. So much healthier and pretty. You were always pretty but you look even better lately.
Argireline has changed my face. I use to rave about this on my Instagram but never heard any feedback. Viewers loss. It works like magic. Start as soon as you can!
Thank you for this great video, Dr Dray. I use a serum with Matrixyl3000 and XEP-018 peptide (as far as I understand similar to Argireline) and it visibly smooths out fine lines. However, it does zero to relax facial muscles. I still have to get Botox to prevent headaches. But I've read somewhere that they are working on developing patches to increase the penetration of XEP-018. Who knows, maybe cosmetic applications are also on the horizon.
Thank you Dr. Drey! I have been using Argeraline for about three weeks and I have definitely noticed improvements re: fine lines and wrinkles. I wouldn't say that the results are like Botox, but the improvements have been significant enough that I will continue to use it. It is subtle, but, as my husband says, I definitely look "younger and fresh". Also, I think it could be used along with Botox to possibly extend the Botox resuls ??? Not sure, but possibly. Thanks again for a of your wonderfully informative videos!
I use The Ordinary's Argireline once per day and have noticed a definite difference in the depth of my 11's on my forehead. For that reason alone, I continue using it.
Great informative video Dr. Dray! I went through two bottles of The Ordinary's argireline over about 9 months. After that I did not notice an appreciable difference in any of my wrinkles either static or dynamic so I stopped using it. Thanks for keeping it real and science based for us!
Used with matrixyl 3000 & matrixyl synthe 6 I think you may find some benefits. I don’t get any benefits with argireline alone but when mixed with the ordinary matrixyl 10% (which is 3000& synthe 6) and see only my 11’s disappear and there’s less movement there. Definitely not a substitute for Botox tho!
@@angelinebiswas7611 How do you know that the argireline worked at all then? Does it work synergistically with matrixyl, is there any science on that? Or was it just the matrixyl that worked for you?
@@l.a.3541 did you use as directed? The Ordinary Argireline Solution is meant to be used on very moist skin and not layered with direct Acids or VitaminC. If it's applied to dry skin it will not work. Many moisturizers also contain vitamin C and direct Acids.
I’ve used argireline combined with the ordinary matrixyl which is actually better than other matrixyl serums because it contains matrixyl 3000 as well as matrixyl synthe 6. I haven’t found any other matrixyl products that combine both in one bottle. When used together I notice the 11 in my forehead is almost impossible to move. It’s the only place on my face that this does it to. I don’t get Botox in my 11’s anymore because my injector said there’s nothing to fix! But I do not notice any stopping of the creases in my eyes or any other part of my forehead. I used to have a super deep line where the 11’s are and do not have this anymore. I cannot physically make my muscle move to make the line there. I’ve never used anything like this. I feel like it should be used with matrixyl 3000&synthe 6 for better results tho. 1 important key note is, if I skip a few days, the movement ALWAYS comes back
You got me to buy this at Ulta! I run through it quite quickly because the bottle was small and it’s a total liquid not an oil. Pretty affordable though.
I really appreciate your skin video’s. Your advice has been the catalyst for many of my skin protocols. Personally, I have Botox injected and use Argireline and both work miracles.
I use Argireline from The Ordinary and I swear I can feel my forehead relaxing. I actually love the feeling when it does it. And I can absolutely, definitely, tell a difference in my forehead wrinkles. They are reduced quite a bit
Dr Dray said at the very least it's a good humectant. HA is also a humectant and works similarly in improving fine lines by pulling water into the surface of the skin and is known to penetrate depending on how big the molecules are. I stuck with HA and retinols.
I carry a lot of tension in my forehead, and really liked the feel of Botox because it relaxed everything. I let it go over the Pandemic due to all the lock-downs, but now see some of the wrinkles starting to form. I would LOVE it if there was a cheaper option I could do myself, or maybe just to stretch out the time between injections. I am trying to decide now whether to return to Botox or not. This was VERY interesting to watch, but I think I need to re-watch to catch all the info you laid out.
Same here. I just ordered this off of Amazon because of another subscriber's recommendation and it was only $13.99. The brand is Cos de Baha with the pink label. I almost bought another brand, Asterwood? but decided to stick with her recommendation. I hope this works. I get the same type of headaches and miss the wonderful relief of Botox, but really can't afford it right now. Wish me luck. 🌼🐝
@@MyrtleBeachWebAngel I know what you mean. Going back to Botox would mean taking a hit to other areas of my beauty and entertainment budgets, and everything is going up price ,wise too. Good luck, I hope you get some headache relief!
@@MyrtleBeachWebAngel I can't speak for this product, but every cos de baha formula I've used has been GREAT. They have many alternatives to expensive products such as PC BHA toner. Check out their products. I always use their niacinamide and salicylic toner, no matter what. I do try different brands for other things because I like to try different things, but I have no complaints about the many products I've tried, and I've yet to find a better niacinamide or salicylic toner. I'm kind of a product junkie who has tried lots and lots.
This is so funny that you did this video because I was in Ulta over the weekend and a sales lady was giving me the pitch of “Botox in a bottle” with one of The Ordinary products. I said to myself, sure lady. I did not buy it but maybe now I might try it. I really don’t care if it isn’t Botox just something to help plump my wrinkles would be great. Thank you for breaking it down for me.
I used it just this morning as I was feeling extreme tension in my forehead (because my eyebrows tend to rise under stress) and felt noticeable relief (as in less tension). It appears to have an impact.
@@matthewbelike that's right. We'll have to wait on a study to confirm (that I, like others, wasn't imagining) the relief I felt. It was kind of like when you rub a tense muscle and get that relief. So, we'll see.
I started using Victoria Principal’s skin care line when I was about 32. She later introduced a line called Reclaim that contains Argireline when I was about 40, and I have been using it ever since. I am 61 now, and people tell me I look like I’m in my 40’s.
I came across Victoria Principal in a movie yesterday which jolted my memory of using her Principal Secret skincare many years ago. Based on Agireline. And here is Dr Dray telling us of its benefits. It's a must by the sounds of it.
I used this in my early 20's and my gosh my face was soooooooooo soft . I loved reclaim! I quit using it because I had 2 lil ones and couldn't pay that.
I use The Ordinary argireline and when the bottle is empty there's usually a break in between until I get another bottle. I do notice a change if I stop using it so whether it has to do with hydration or something else, I still like it. I have plenty of other products that offer hydration to the area around my eyes where I use argireline...my eyes seem to look best when I'm using a urea based product and the argireline at the same time.
I was simply asking the original author what urea product she used. Another person asked the same thing. Hence "I'm curious about the urea product as well". Seems like plain English to me. Urea doesn't paralyze muscles, it simply dissolves the proteins that hold cells together. Which makes it an excellent chemical exfoliator.
I use a mix of Argireline with Matryxl 3000 , consistently for 3 years now, & my skin looks years younger. I was a smoker & my face does not have the lines you would expect a smoker to have. ( I quit 7 yrs ago) I use my mix morning & night, along with a Urea cream & my skin is smooth & nearly line free. I add a retinol product 3 times a week. For the past 10 years, I NEVER go outside without sunscreen & I rarely use makeup so that I am not scrubbing it off, & thus causing lines. I eat very clean & do not use any caffeine. I drink at least 3L of water a day. The only addition to my lifestyle has been starting my skincare 3 years ago. People can NEVER guess my real age. When you look at my pics from 7 years ago to today, you can see definite smoothing. This is NOT a replacement for Botox, but the results are noticeable. I really think the combo I have come up with has changed the look & feel of my skin.
I like everything that you wrote, but I would like to inform you that makeup removal doesn't have to mean scrubbing your face off. You can be very gentle and the method to do this is with double cleansing at night. This method is also great because it will remove sunscreen more efficiently, which stays on your face like makeup products.
Always informative! I was also very suspicious when I saw that “botox in the bottle” video. You cannot simply compare products with different delivery systems 😅 stratum corneum is the most challenging skin layer to penetrate through
I’ve been using Wrinkle Smoother Lips from Merle Norman for maybe 10 years after looking for products made with argireline. I have almost no lip lines at 61 years old and plan to always use this product. Will try The Ordinary for forehead and eyes.
I just started using an Argireline/Matrixyl product in my nighttime skincare routine. Haven't used it long so I can't say how it benefits wrinkles but I think it's safe to say that it doesn't irritate, burn, or sting. That's saying a lot for me. I like the way it feels and the product I found isn't hugely expensive so all things considered I'll keep using it unless something changes.
I do have this product and use it inconsistently. The reason being it’s not working on my static eleven lines. No fault of the product. At this point, I believe those elevens require filler and Botox. When I do apply Arginine it’s with the intent for healthy skin. Instead, I choose Bangtox. LOL!!! Not total removal but works as partial coverage. I’m a fan of The Ordinary. Love the Buffet, Hydroxyl and Niacin-amide serums. Thank you for a thorough explanation, Dr. Dray.
Great! While in Morocco I used Prickly Pear seeds Oil and I was told that is the natural Botox as Cactus' oil has a kind of paralyzer effect. Could you please tell me more about it? I personally used it for 6 months and it indeed seemed to be kinda paralysing my 11 lines making it smoother. Would it be possible sharing your knowledge in regards? Thanks in advance
I received Botox to help with my Blepheraspasms at the age of 20 in 1988. It helped my wrinkles tremendously for another 30 years. I stopped receiving the injections after I felt that they were no longer helping me. My skin has gone downhill quickly after I quit receiving the injections. I hope to start receiving the injections again soon. It would be a lot easier if I could just use argerilene.
I use Argireline and Matrixyl twice per day, and have been doing so for over a year, I have seen huge improvements in my under eye area and smile lines! Also no other wrinkles have appear nor worsen

Is anyone else surprised by the fact that so many studies for skin care/ beauty include women? Do health studies include women in the same way? Thanks Dr. Dray, you present information in such a clear manner.
About to watch the video, but I will say I’ve used this product for some time (at least 7 years). I’m 54 and never had botox. I have no 11’s or deep forehead wrinkles. I personally love it. 💜
Thank you Dr Dray so many skincare influencers are pushing this as Botox in a bottle. It can’t possibly compete with the real Botox! Thank you for always keeping it real
I had some in my The Ordinary cart! I'll see what you say about it before checking out! 👍✌️💯 I'm not AT ALL expecting Botox-like results, however. I'm always realistic in my expectations from skin care.
Tried The Ordinary's argireline for a few months on one side of face. I'm in my 60's and the research I read suggested that it would be more effective on thinner, older skin. After 3 months there is no difference. C'est la vie.
I used Botox throughout my late 40s-50s when many of us are going through body and life transitions. Now, at 67, I focus on my topical skincare. I am very happy with my pretty grey naturally wavy hair and hydrated & glowing skin. For me, hydrated skin = fine line and 11s reduction. I DO use TO Matrixyl and Argeriline, but I do it for me, not necessarily wrinkle control.
I have used it on and off throughout my life and always get good results. Currently I’m using the Bobbi Brown repair eye cream intense which has Argeriline in it and I have to say it does relax or maybe hydrate my under eyes significantly. Thanks for all your
That’s exactly what I thought. It would be absorbed by the by the epidermis before even getting into the dermis. Botox targets the muscles to inhibit contraction, so argieline solution applied topically might not have the same effect as botox. It’s kind of common sense if you understand the anatomy of the skin and muscles. I can see how it would have a good response on surface level wrinkles. Botox is awesome lol
I was almost wondering by the end of the video if argireline would work like Botox when injected in a similar way to Botox. I use Botox for migraines, and it might be nice to have an option that isn't connected to botulism. I also didn't catch what type of human cells were used in the first study discussed. Were they dermis or epidermis? That factor might affect whether injection like Botox would be possible for argireline.
Great explanation. I’ve had Botox in the past but I have a very expensive face so no movement was a nightmare. Resting crease serums are the way I might go here on in.
I’ve been using The Ordinary Argireline (10%) with their Matrixyl (10%) and have seen a remarkable difference in my skin. It looked good before, but this took it to a new level.
I'm grateful that at the age of 61 I don't have many wrinkles (just a few around my eyes and barely any on my forehead) and no elevens. I just use a normal moisturizer, nothing fancy, and a face oil each night, usually rosehip oil. That's it! I also try to protect my skin as much as possible from the sun. I've used Argireline and it made no difference to the few wrinkles I have.
I used matryxyl and argireline before, and while it didn't improve my frown wrinkles (now I got botox) I noticed my skin texture was a lot smoother in that area. I feel argireline could be a good complement for botox users.
I haven't tried this product but I tried Dr. Rajani's and it works! It works for skin that is not deeply grooved or lines 11's. For me my 111's have turned into a 1. 1 Annoying "1" that is getting finer using Microneedling to banish the rest of the line which is working by the way. I think if people have THICK muscles developed from frowning (as I tried this on my mother) it did perform well just not the total smoothing effect I got with the modality of the product. After using the product I could feel with my finger the muscle grooves were in fact reduced so that is fun. I'd recommend it.
Not sure of the science, but since using, i am no longer seeing the line between my brows, those at the mouth still there, but APPEARS to be a little less visible

I really like your honest knowledge about skincare ..I have learn so much from your channel now I don't feel like such a sucker for skincare products. Thanks Dr Dray 😊
I have not used this product, however not every one needs botox. My problem is under eye puffiness. I am reluctant to try anything because I am not sure what to try.My dermatologist has told me that I don't need botox. I believe her. She has also warned me about certain fillers because they travel or move around. If I could find a topical that could help, I would be excited. Is there a prescription for argireline that I can ask for?
You could try a eye cream with a metal spheres roller applicator. Mine has 3 metal spheres and has done wonders for the puffiness under my eyes and my dark circles!
I used to use it then I read about the claims that it can cause sagging of the skin. Freaked out and never used it since. Is there any medical proof to that theoretical or actual? Adore you Dr Dray xo
I participated in a "market research" trial many years ago, I did notice it had an effect, but I didn't like the effect it had on me! We were instructed to apply it to our face, and it made my jowls sag! I think it might have a mild beneficial effect if used as a strategic spot treatment.
I use the biossance peptide eye gel with argireline and have noticed dramatic softening of my under eye lines. I don’t think it’s as effective as Botox but I’m very pleased with my results.
Hmmm, ok..yep true I'm an old fossilized relic..but how would dead cadaver skin relate to mine❓, when my skin is a "living organism"..well, on a good day, that is..hehe😂definitely great food4thought..thx👍💜👍
I use this chemical and have great skin, however I cannot definitively confirm its efficacy due to my retinoid usage which has actually been thoroughly researched and has shown to improve acne and skin aging.
I've been using the Ordinary's argireline and a SNAP-8 concentrate/booster (octapeptide, an elongation of argireline) for about six months now, and to no real result. Just normally smooth skin, and that would most likely be due to my retinoid use and good skin care. I won't be purchasing any more after hearing this - it's simply not enough return on my expenditure to justify it anymore. Thanks for this vid!
I used a product by Revision that has Acetyl Hexapeptide 8 in it for 6 weeks as directed, and then all of a sudden I felt the area between my eyebrows droop and sag it was awful! It took months for my skin to look normal again. I did a lot of research and found anecdotal evidence that it can cause sagging and drooping of the skin. I’ve read many others who had the same results.
I have been using argeriline for a few weeks now twice a day on my 11 lines, forehead and crows feet. It certainly has not acted exactly like botox and I would never expect it to work nearly as well as botox. I will say I notice a slight numb feeling for a few hours after applying and overall it is a little more difficult to furrow my brows a few Hours after use. Is it in my head? Who knows 😂 but I have already noticed a noticeable difference in my expression lines. Whatever the mechanism of action, I enjoy the result and will keep using it.
The numbing feeling is in your head, the product doesn't have numbing ingredients. Tingling, maybe, but not numbing. She literally just explained how that isn't possible with this product...
I know exactly what you mean. It’s not a numbing feeling for me but I feel like it’s certainly making it harder to make those faces. I feel it immediately.
I like where you pitch your videos - for intelligent people who want to spend their time and money wisely! Not for silly girls who fall for marketing and snake oil. I love knowing all the science - I feel like Amy Farrah-Fowler!

What do you think of tretnoin?
I used to use Botox religiously, but it started wearing off within a couple of months. And spending $500 every few months isn't happening! So I tried the Ordinary's Argireline, and...it's AMAZING! I haven't needed Botox in about a year now! The only advantage I can see with Botox is that it does give me a slight lift of my eyebrows and lip, but my wrinkles are gone either way. I will never be without Argilerine!
For real???
I Desperately need help with my " Elevens" on forehead between Eyebrows 😣
which brand did you get, can you send the exact name please. thanks
You work for Ordinary 🤣
You are _THEE_ business! Thank you for the details on the clinical research you provide and your down-to-earth (sometimes bubble-bursting ☺) realism - really appreciated! 💖

I recently used up a bottle of Good Molecules peptide serum and found it incredibly hydrating. So if nothing else I can definitely attest to the moisturizing properties of it. My skin felt very hydrated and smooth after use.
Thank you Dr. Dray for doing and sharing the scientific research!
AgreedIndeed 💯
I think the fact that it affects static wrinkles while Botox affects dynamic wrinkles is potentially a really good combination if you were to do both.
Always sooo informative, thank you Dr. Dray!
Thanks for watching!
Love Dr. dray… my confidence is in her. I check out any decisions I make with her wisdom.
What is the name of the product you are using
Thank you Dr. Thanks again for a of your wonderfully informative videos!
hello ...is it from Ordinary ?
@@LifeRawRealDk I have been using Asterwood Naturals, but The Ordinary has a great product too!
Did you use it only during the day ?
My night application of argeraline caused sagging , after 3 days I stopped . I started looking 10 yrs older
Same for me with 4 bottes.
@@angelinebiswas7611 How do you know that the argireline worked at all then? Does it work synergistically with matrixyl, is there any science on that? Or was it just the matrixyl that worked for you?
@@angelinebiswas7611 TY , I didn't use with Matrixyl, I have Matrixyl, didn't know I should,
@@l.a.3541 did you use as directed?
1 important key note is, if I skip a few days, the movement ALWAYS comes back
I use these 2 combined also.
That's interesting because it cannot penetrate into the muscle so not sure how that's possible..
What is 11 ? Lol sorry my ignorance
@@candacefife6763 hi! Together or separate? And if such what brands do you buy and when did you start seeing results? Thank you so much
Hi, thanks for sharing this. how long did you use it before starting to see any result?
You got me to buy this at Ulta!
I run through it quite quickly because the bottle was small and it’s a total liquid not an oil. Pretty affordable though.
Thanks for the info Dr. Dray! I know I can always get an honest and scientific opinion from you!
Me too. Love it!!!
I will try, thanks for sharing.
Dr Dray said at the very least it's a good humectant. HA is also a humectant and works similarly in improving fine lines by pulling water into the surface of the skin and is known to penetrate depending on how big the molecules are. I stuck with HA and retinols.
I think I'm gonna have to try it, and if they can bring out a serum that would relax my jaw as well I'd be all over it!
Same, although I use different brands.
I'm on my first bottle of it and have seen some improvement on wrinkles around the mouth region. It's not Botox, but it has its place in skincare.
I’m halfway through my first bottle of Argireline and I’m noticing less fine lines on my forehead ! Excited to see more results.
Priscilla, update us in another 90 days!!!

How about now?

@@EMILY4DAYS Thank you so much. I placed my order today... tick tock tick tock. Waiting for Amazon on Wednesday ⏳ sigh... 😉
I wholeheartedly agree!!! 🤩 Humectant only.
I used it just this morning as I was feeling extreme tension in my forehead (because my eyebrows tend to rise under stress) and felt noticeable relief (as in less tension). It appears to have an impact.
It may “appear” to have worked, but based on what we know about it, that may have simply been placebo effect.
@@matthewbelike that's right. We'll have to wait on a study to confirm (that I, like others, wasn't imagining) the relief I felt.

I started using Victoria Principal’s skin care line when I was about 32. She later introduced a line called Reclaim that contains Argireline when I was about 40, and I have been using it ever since. I am 61 now, and people tell me I look like I’m in my 40’s.
Can u tell full product lust plz
Victorias skin care is amazing, she was one of the first to put Argireline in her products years ago, I’m also a fan of her skin care..
I came across Victoria Principal in a movie yesterday which jolted my memory of using her Principal Secret skincare many years ago. Based on Agireline. And here is Dr Dray telling us of its benefits. It's a must by the sounds of it.
Please attach photographic evidence.
Where you get your urea
Yes, I'm curious about the urea product as well. I know about it for dissolving callouses on feet, but know nothing about using it on the face.
It's not hydration. It blocks your muscles. Of course if you don't use it the situation reverses.
@@DebbieTDP Which product are you talking about?
I was simply asking the original author what urea product she used. Another person asked the same thing. Hence "I'm curious about the urea product as well". Seems like plain English to me. Urea doesn't paralyze muscles, it simply dissolves the proteins that hold cells together. Which makes it an excellent chemical exfoliator.
I use a mix of Argireline with Matryxl 3000 , consistently for 3 years now, & my skin looks years younger.
I was a smoker & my face does not have the lines you would expect a smoker to have. ( I quit 7 yrs ago)
I use my mix morning & night, along with a Urea cream & my skin is smooth & nearly line free.
I really think the combo I have come up with has changed the look & feel of my skin.
may I ask, which product do you use the has both of those ingredients? or is it two products mixed?
Can you please tell me what is the name of this product that contains both Argireline and Matryxl 3000?
It sounds like an interesting skincare plan, you should make a video on it!
I'd also like to know the products you use. Thank you!
I like everything that you wrote, but I would like to inform you that makeup removal doesn't have to mean scrubbing your face off. You can be very gentle and the method to do this is with double cleansing at night. This method is also great because it will remove sunscreen more efficiently, which stays on your face like makeup products.
Wow...I learn something new and so relevant every time I watch your videos!!
Always informative! I was also very suspicious when I saw that “botox in the bottle” video. You cannot simply compare products with different delivery systems 😅 stratum corneum is the most challenging skin layer to penetrate through
Thank you for taking the time to make these videos.
I’ve been using Wrinkle Smoother Lips from Merle Norman for maybe 10 years after looking for products made with argireline. I have almost no lip lines at 61 years old and plan to always use this product. Will try The Ordinary for forehead and eyes.

Thanx, this was super informative & interesting! I love it when dr. Dray explains science, she's really good at making science understandable.
It really does work - I have not had to have injections in my forehead frown lines for 12 months
Hi, any update? I'm considering purchasing these two products.
Can I ask you where do you buy it?
@@ojjordan7904 you can find it on Amazon.
I received Botox to help with my Blepheraspasms at the age of 20 in 1988. It helped my wrinkles tremendously for another 30 years.
Love when you break down and talk about actual studies out there. The beginning was a little hard to follow but love the research parts
I have used it on and off throughout my life and always get good results. Currently I’m using the Bobbi Brown repair eye cream intense which has Argeriline in it and I have to say it does relax or maybe hydrate my under eyes significantly. Thanks for all your

How do I incorporate argireline?
Thanks 🥰
Serum step on naked skin , maybe before retinol. If you're convinced it works.
I saw a video and always goes for light to heavy texture
Great video! Thank you so much!

This is my hesitation too!
Supposedly, right now there is no real clinical evidence of it causing sagging.
I participated in a "market research" trial many years ago, I did notice it had an effect, but I didn't like the effect it had on me! We were instructed to apply it to our face, and it made my jowls sag! I think it might have a mild beneficial effect if used as a strategic spot treatment.
@@DonnaLHaneyso in long term it will cause more sagging?.

I read another study that concluded that it can actually CAUSE sagging, drooping, and brain fog in 2018. I'd rather not take a chance.
Hi,Do you mean the Botox or Angeline
I also do dermarolling . It’s not Botox but it does work if you use it twice a day.
I have been using argeriline for a few weeks now twice a day on my 11 lines, forehead and crows feet. It certainly has not acted exactly like botox and I would never expect it to work nearly as well as botox. I will say I notice a slight numb feeling for a few hours after applying and overall it is a little more difficult to furrow my brows a few
Hours after use.
