Thank you, your channel has made me chill way out. I’ve only had health anxiety for about a month now, but started with thinking I was gonna have a stroke, then a heart attack, then kidney/liver failure, and then ALS/MS. All this from just weird sensations and muscle tension and the occasional twitch. I’ve went and seen a few doctors and they all believe I have developed GAD in my 20’s(which is the typical onset time)and some gut issues. I still have my moments and days but because of channels like this I believe I have caught this early. I hope you all well and healing!

i feel exactly the same what you felt.....It all started last year i felt something was in my throat like a lump and i felt like i couldn't breathe and i freaked out but within few minutes i realized that there was no problem on breathing and only it was only a feeling but still i went to a doctor because that lump feeling was constant and would only go while eating or drinking...the doctor sensed anxiety but i was not at all convinced...from then i changed so many doctors but nothing helped...sometimes i had to rush my self directly to a hospital thinking that i couldn't breathe....They did endoscopy many times but found nothing...then i went to a bigger hospital of our country ...finally they gave me allergy medicines and then the symptoms were gone...but still after a year i feel anxious and my heart starts racing.....sometimes meditation helped a lot but even a smallest pain in any part of my body make me google....and believe me googling a symptom is a mess...
Today while watching your video i believed that i am not alone panicking on every symptom...thanks and i would apply those tricks...Hope it helps

    Thankyou.
I’m 17, a major hypochondriac, and I just felt so lonely knowing no one else my age dealt with this same thing. There’s a major comfort that comes with watching your videos, because you are young yourself and seem to understand how intense this feels, despite the sources that suggest most young people are healthy.
I’ve listened to your mechanisms and I am applying it to my life. However I have a question - do you find yourself worrying about the consequences of ignoring symptoms, in the midst of trying to control your panic? This is such a major problem for me, I try so hard yet feel like I’m running in circles
Sorry for this long paragraph, and Thankyou again x

Oh Hello! Sorry for the late response. I’m so pleased that you feel comfort by the videos. And yes, I get terrible anxiety over thinking, ‘what if this IS something serious and I’m just putting it down to my health anxiety?’ And I think this becomes a real problem for us folk who suffer with health anxiety. Often I think, are these symptoms real? For example recently I’ve been getting chest pain and of course once I read about left arm pain, I instantly started to get it. Logically I knew that I had manifested this symptom from the reading I was doing, however a small part of me was thinking, but what if this is something more sinister? And I think this is where learning to trust our doctors comes into it which is another problem of mine. It really is tough!

I’m a fitness coach but I have major anxiety issues for years. Didn’t realize it was so serious until it’s making me so sad and scared. Especially health anxiety. It’s really a great help to know I’m not alone with this ... most people laugh at me and say how fit I am etc ... but, I’m really in the pits. Can’t wait to google the newest sensation or twitch or mark on myself. Not a nice life ... when I know life should be so much more ... :( Ty for sharing.

Right now I suffer with bfs... I found your video on RUclips while searching abt bfs treatment... I was very depressed abt this.. but ur vdos may be really helpful for me in future for therapy... Specially to reduce anxiety..
I want to know that is it curable without medicines with mediation, yoga, good diet, good sleep?
Is there exercise helpful or not?
Is that occurred due to some nutrition deficiency? If yes, what kind of nutrition you should take from your diet?
    Plz reply☺️

Still having spasms after 1 month, all over body. Usually when I am rested. No weakness. I am going to check the crown they put in my mouth. I remember metal was exposed and they had to send it back and fix it. They did put it in after they “fixed” it.Going to ask for blood test. I wonder if this could be the cause. I know I’m also deficient on Vitamin D2 . But I have been taking it for 3 months now. I even included B-12. It should have been working by now , I think, after 3 months.. Hoping it’s not Issacs Syndrome. They also found a left lung nodule in my right lung. Hoping they don’t find anything with the CT I had. Still waiting on results. I also encourage you guys to get a X-Ray if you have a persistent cough. Cause apparently if a lung nodule is malignant, it can be tied to the “twitching” or “muscle spasms”.... God bless you all.
