Me: I mentioned my former university. VO: How much is your salary? Me: I mentioned and immediately she said I did not qualify. I did not get a chance to present what Mandi and I discussed, especially after she cut me off at question one before I could even say anything.😢 I even had a scholarship and a grant. What may have happened? I'm so heartbroken.

I would highly recommend you interview again, and still use the same techniques we practiced. There is always an element of luck in this process-- some officers we worked with had a tendency to just deny everyone, others were much more patient and willing to listen. Don't give up! Won't it also look terrible going for a third time( after 2 refusals, first one was 2 years ago)? Now that I have attained a Master degree (which is a prerequisite to the course I was going for), should I just try get a PHD admission ( I realized I qualify for the same course at PHD level) before going back to the embassy?
