What you're doing is just another cover of a song that has been covered more times than any song in history, over 100 thousand times. And the song was composed by George Gershwin, one of the giants of 20th century music. If you were covering a song by The Beatles you would credit The Beatles, not somebody who once covered the song.

Gershwin is my favorite composer and I'd like younger people to understand that we didn't always live in a time when 'Bad Guy' is 'Song Of The Year' and Swift's latest is praised as though it's the greatest thing since Mozart's Requiem.
