Hi my lovelies!! This step workout is super fun and you can do it with or without the step board. The first half of the workout focuses on your cardio, as for the 2nd half of the workout, we’ll be working on developing our strength through simple yet effective movements such as squat, lunges, push-ups and planks.
We’ve created this whole workout to music so we’ll be following the beat throughout! Don’t worry if you can’t follow along to begin with, keep doing this workout and eventually you’ll breeze through it!
