LIGHT DAYS: Strength & Stretch
Want a lighter day or a break from your intense training program? Here’s a 25-minute Strength & Stretch workout for you to start or end your day. This is a low impact workout that focuses on flexibility, balance, and strength. You’ll feel stronger and more centered at the end of this session.

Difficulty Level: Beginners
Duration: 25 minutes

I am a deep fan of your inner and outer thighs session... I wanted really something light yet effective. When I went through the video first, I felt that; yes this is easy. But, Oh man, requires mental stability in identifying the core and not to move out from balancing. Wow, I really had a sweaty session and felt so so good. Thank you so much for making my day 💪😃

Will they will Stop the growth of height
No exercise encourages better growth, also try adding more arm exercises such as pike push ups or weighted L raises, good luck to you
