Gotta say, since I started working from home last year, Joanna has saved me! I do my normal workout early in the morning then do her step workouts in the afternoon during my one break. Great way to break up a day of sitting at the computer!
I was feeling so lazy this morning but I remembered how excited I was to see a new walk with Joanna so I made myself get up & this is one of the best! Love the small bursts of jogs & jacks & squats! Will do this one again as I do all the other walking workouts over & over!!
Keep it up ! You'll meet your goal i promise if you keep pushing yourself ! Even if your workouts are hard even if your struggling keep pushing I belive in you ! 💪💪💪
Me too. I love moving to the music. Did not feel like 30 minutes. I enjoyed the changes in speed too. Hazli's instructions were clear and easy to understand. This is now one of my fav step workout.

Did this one today after a long hiatus of no exercise as I am nursing a bad back so taking it easy and this is perfect for a great walking and beginner workout; however, better cueing beforehand would have helped. It was fun and the time flew by. Thanks Hazil and Joanna!

For someone like me who is least motivated to workout this video is a fun and good beginning. I can sustain the the entire time without getting bored. I can't run that is too much for me. I wanted to know if I do this regularly after how many days shall I be able to sustain jogging
I can always count on Joanna for a challenge whatever my fitness level is coming back from illness and inactivity this is fun challenging and yet doable…

I’m loving doing this video. I’m 70 and I manage to keep up with all of the moves - not necessarily in the right order of course! I’m not understanding the steps though - should I be gaining 5000 steps from doing this workout. Every time I do it my Apple Watch records around 3900 steps. I really do keep in time with the steps on the video but no way am I doing 5000.

what a fun, positivity filled environment! Loved it!! Felt happy from inside to move (which is mostly an anxious activity for me to do) Awesome ! Sweating so much by end of it & hey it was easy to do ! Thank you~~~
This was my first time doing one of your workouts. I loved it because I didn't get bored by a lot of repetition and my heart rate stayed at a high, steady level throughout. One serious problem though. There was no mention of a cool-down or modeling of a cool down and no mention of stretching. You went right from high impact to standing still and talking. I think you need to at least tell audience that they need to keep moving until their breathing is back to normal.

It truly was 5,000 steps! Fun and didn’t feel like too high intensity but definitely got me moving and raised my heart rate!

Update: This is just as much fun. He is a great talker and the 30 mins went by easily. I crossed around 4500 steps. Shall do it again this week😌
Loved this and will keep doing it. I kept up with both but at the end Apple Watch was only showing 3587 steps! Still - it’s the workout I enjoyed.
