I've just made these but because I can't eat anything with cream in, blended the goo in with the icing & left out the marscopone. It was delicious & such a pretty colour! Thank you for all your videos...they're so inspiring( I could literally hear Sally's voice while baking them!). How about cupcakes with ginger & what we in South Africa call " naartjies"( possibly clementines in England)? An amazing combination!

Here I am watching you eating your cup cake and watching the filling dripping. I even tilted my phone to stop the dripping. I burst out laughing at my self. They look delicious
Few things about the recipe: Half the ingredients for the crust. A lot was left over. And I 1.5 the frosting recipe (if you want cute blobs on top like they did) And there was just enough batter for 12 cupcakes (don’t lick the spoon or you won’t have enough)
We're you able to get the frosting as beautiful as they did in the video? For me using 420g icing sugar is just too sweet, so I had to use less. Their recipes are great, but always too sweet for me :(
