Such a humble guy. Lives for the iron. Not bragging or running after trophies. No wonder you're on a different level. Keep it up and inspire others. Wish you all the success in life
I've lost two brothers, i have disabilities, I'm a recovering alcoholic and drug addict but I've been lifting for almost a year and I thought it wasn't ment for me but you opened my eyes it's a long road
Love that mentality man! I think a lot of people lives and hustle just for the prizes, for the rewards or the admiration from others, but the only win in this life is doing what you do for yourself and your own growth, and having self-love to know that your value is not wrapped around material achievements but around what you have become. Love you and thanks for sharing your story bro
I did the same with my only trophy that I won in my first competition. Time passed by and 2 years later I made the great decision to contact sadik and I had a online coaching with him for my next amateur competition in 2016 . It was big for me because It was going into deepest water in terms of competition. Well I lost that competition but by far i had the best physique of my life almost 86 kg shredded as hell. I learned so many lessons from Sadik and the most important lesson I learned from him answers why and how he achieve the Olympia competition, it's simple and hard at the same time...Sadik is a real champion because he have the humble necessary to have the heart of the true champion. Sadik You're a great human being man keep bringing your values for the world... I don't have any social media so please keep bringing your videos for RUclips. Peace✌
This is awesome bro, I dealt with a few bullies as a kid always older kids mainly verbel. I started working out and playing football at 11, and it gave me that confidence and self-esteem I lacked. Even as an adult I train MMA, not so I can pick some fight on the street. But to evolve, and to have the confidence if something goes wrong I can defend myself and those around me.
Sadik when I don't feel like working out bc I'm tired one morning or something, I think of you saying "in all these years I've never missed a workout." This makes me ignore the excuses and get it done. Thanks for all the motivation you've provided through the years.
Thank you Sadik for sharing your success with us. I remember staring my exercises with 5 gallon buckets filled with sand and using bricks as substitutes for dumbbells. It’s always good watching your exercise styles and listening to your stories 👍🏼
I watch all his videos, subscribe to his channel, and I've lost a lot of BF and gained a pile of muscle because of this guy! He's a inspiration and an animal! Awesome! Always happy too!!! Sadik is amazing!!
when i started lifting i wanted to look better and feel more confident, eventually as I progressed i became more humble and understanding on what’s truly important about fitness as a lifestyle. the truth is that fitness isn’t really abt looking better then people or having a good body, it’s abt the time and discipline it takes to reach your goals. the gym has taught me and many of my friends countless life lessons that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. thanks for being an inspiration to me and countless people, ur a real one 🙌
Sadik you are inspration . i competed Mr Olympia 2016 am mature Kuwait. Rolley winkler told me you were there at Oxygen, but i missed you . Best of luck
This is why I'm subbed to you and no other ifbb pro (except wesley). I like your mentality, you're like cut above the rest, so mature! Thanks for inspiring and continuing to do so. I hope you win a big O someday but like you said, it doesn't define you but sure nice to have one.
Sadik, that’s a real video, one of your best by far, I relate to so much of that, I had pictures of Dorian Yates in my dads garage and started like you. I am pleased for you, stay healthy and stay strong.
Had a back injury (herniated a disc a few years back) and have been afraid of lifting ever since then but lately my life has taken a huge turn and Ive realized that my confidence in the gym definitely correlates to my confidence outside. This is a great video and you're a great role model.
You are truly an inspiration to me. I’ve lifted for two years and then I gave up completely for a year and last December I was watching some of your videos and decided to go after my dreams and to come back better than ever for myself and for my goals. Your videos continue to help me push myself everyday in the gym and in life.
Sadik you are my inspiration, the day you come to arnold classic in Melbourne I will fly over from western Australia to see you man, be the happiest day of my life!
I can really appreciate this story because it aligns so well with mine. I love seeing people come up but remain humble. How anyone could dislike this video is outside of my comprehension. Keep grinding, Sadik.
This video welled up my eyes with tears as I started working out again since September 2 years after being herniated ... I'm very proud that I belong to this community and this sport ❤️ Great work Sadik 🌟
I know I love these videos but I'm confused I got a hernia surgery and Im pretty sure I was bike riding and lifting weights like a month later is that wrong? This was like 7 years ago so its too late now lmfaaaooo 😂🤣
@@Bushey4545 I didn't go for surgery sir ... I am still having hernia but I'm working out for the love that I have for this sport ... Hope you understand 🙌
Sadik I remember seen you on cover on magazines with long hair and read you story, awesome to see how farr u come and continue to succeed thank's for sharing ✊💪🤙😎
This is why you’re one of my favorite people in the sport. I’m 40, I can relate... I was a smaller child and grew up in a tough area. It made me carry a chip on my shoulder for as long as I can remember. The gym changed me..20 years of training made me a better person inside and out. This really hits home for me, Sadik. Thank you for posting and sharing your story. It’s about the person you are, and this is a special validation.
I’d just have to say thank you for the help that you have done for me in the gym & bodybuilding. I know you’re not my day to day coach but I’ve learned so much from you with posing & working out 💪 hopefully one of these. I’ll thank you 😊 in person but until then thank you.
I've naturally been a tall decently built guy and I haven't really been bullied much compared to what that guy went threw but when someone tried to bully me majority of the class would stick up for me so that bullying immediately stopped from anyone who tried and I didn't even ask anyone to stick up for me they just did even people I didn't even know. I guess I was just a really liked person I mean I was very popular in primary school but didn't care much about it in high school but these days I work out and train hard I love pushing myself to my physical and mental limit and I eat well overall so I have a somewhat decent physique also people who are very rough in my town who try and pick fights with anyone who looks like an easy target (I live in a rough town) they just leave me alone, they move out of my way and they don't mess with me at all and that's a nice feeling to be able to do literally nothing and have people immediately give me respect and not annoy me. Most guys go to the gym and work out to get girls attention or whatever but I never cared about getting female attention all I have ever cared about is looking good and feeling good about myself and just being happy with who I am and how I look and feel overall but seeing this absolutely shredded dude in this video has given me valuable information on what foods are best for muscle building so I will change up my diet and hopefully see improvements. Cheers mate- A fellow Aussie.
Hey man sadik, thank you so much for sharing your story with us! You are a person who actually helps people to become the person they are trying to become! So much appreciated and you have indeed improved my life. Keep spreading your energy to the people who lack energy! 💪🏻💯✨✨✨
