I get bodybuilding is politics and whatnot, but I don’t see many other bodybuilders in sadik’s class work as hard as he does. He’s always training and eating properly. You have to respect that. You deserve the success my dude!
The digestion part is so accurate, I see people eating a bunch of food and ten minutes later going to workout... All the blood that you will need to pump your muscle will be at your stomach to digestion... 45~60 minutes at least! Peace out!
I guess I'm an anomaly. I have to work out as soon as I eat. Sometimes I'll consume the food in the parking lot prior to entering the gym, and I'll also take snacks in case I run out of energy. I get hungry really fast, so I can't waste time after I'm done eating. I don't have any digestive issues from doing this.
