Hey bro amazing physique. How did frank survive on a 1500cal cut? Feels like he ate almost and still looked like that.
Food wasn't as big of a "thing" as it is today. When we asked Frank about "Cheat Meals" the term didn't really register to him. Anyone is going to struggle being in a deficit , but focusing on mental strength and the end goal was something I think Frank worked hard on outside of the gym to assist with this.

Posing with Frank Zane is inspirational. His tips are important but having his blessing, having him on your side are more important.
Watching Sadik & Frank is like father passing knowledge to son .. amazing
This guy Zane is still in love with bodybuilding.
You don't build a physique like he did without love for all aspsects of the sport.
Zane is the master. He is 100% correct about keeping your feet closer together when posing. Some pros nowadays look like they are about to do the splits,
"you can get deep cuts by posing a lot. You can grow muscle by posing and stretching alone" golden words, something most aspiring bodybuilders less concerned these days
just do front n rear lat spread poses for 30s after lat exercises... it works wonder...

frank is one of the best body builders because he's incredibly smart. I feel like frank literally processes and thinks about bodybuilding in the same way physicists think about the universe. seriously incredibly. like a chess player planning his moves 5 turns ahead
your thighs were over-powering your upper body thats why Frank wanted you to pose with your legs closer together and putting one leg back. Looked a lot better.

The trainers of today can never match the pure artistic posing talent of the guys from the yester-years, and almost no one can match that of Frank Zane! Great video...and you look great Sadik! The classic poses really suit your look and physique.
Watching this video, I am really proud of one thing, I know how to vacuum pose! Frank Zane's classic posters is what inspired me to try it...I do it EXACTLY like Zane showed here, and no one showed me how to...I hold it for 15-20 secs. With no air in your body, it requires practice. And, another thing I am also happy I was able to answer Zane's math question...its a simple factorial question! I am not a total loss I guess ;P

Mr. Zane knows exactly what he's doing. Sadik has dominate quads and when he separates his legs too much in poses it makes his upper body look smaller. Old school posing was on target

@@al91x23 i'll check out Denis Wolf's videos, i'm a fan of Kai Greene's bodybuilding philosophy, I used to watch a lot of his videos where he guides people through training (check out his "train with kai" videos), I just personally like how Kai Greene and Sadik teach/motivate, so would be great to see them both in the gym working out together and discussing their training philosophies
