Just picked up a Black Friday Quadcast Hyper X and now I want to mount it properly to my desk. Nice Vid.

My quadcast did not come with that piece you screwed in , not the gold piece the piece on the shockmount

That black thing you rotate onto the yellow screw won't secure tightly for me. I just bought the m20 stream set, and no matter how many times i rotate the black thing onto that screw, it doesn't twist into place.
I wish I can time to look through my hole closet to find the piece of my mic to do this😅

How does the cabling work? When I tried, the cable is to big to fit inside the cable slot. Also, another issue is that static noises seem to be appearing when the cable is on the arm.

@@llllll494Hyperx doesn't make spare mount adapters but recently I found out that you can go on etsy and buy one that fits perfectly. It'll cost 15 dollars though. Only other way to get it.
