Well, unless it's part of discovery, which they failed to comply with in the first place. Which is why they lost the defamation trial that preceded this -- this trial was just for the amount of damages to be awarded.
      The rules are:
      1. Don't break the law
      *2. Cooperate with discovery*
      3. If you accidentally send too much info to the opposing counsel, obey the law and follow the rules of getting the data back and/or destroyed
      4. Don't let any deadlines associated with 3 above expire without doing your part

is presiding over what can only be seen as
      a Kremlin-Esque show trial

      every aspect of constitutionality.
you may, very understandably not support Alex Jones
but do you support freedom of speech?

the right to trial by jury?
the right due process of law?
the right to confront your accusers?
the right to present evidence in your defense?
Jones is being denied all this
in order to try to make an example of anyone
who dares question the official narrative.
Jones is a perfect patsy for the establishment and administrative state
because no one really wants to stand up for him
or seem like they are not sympathetic to the parents of Sandy Hook
      but make no mistake,

This is judicial bias and therefore another judge should be assigned. 28 U.S. Code § 144 - Bias or prejudice of judge

The judge continually telling the jury liability has been established even though it was a summary judgement is sickening.

Yeah but it was Jones himself who caused it by not complying with basic court orders so you being sickened by it shows that you don’t actually know anything about the trial leading up to this point lmao

@D Smyth yes, BY THE COURT. Not the jury. The judge represented that a previous jury had found him guilty, which simply isn't true.

Did anyone see his objection during the plaintiffs opening statement? It was because they were using a PowerPoint with videos? I think it was because this defense attorney only brought paper and a pen.

The Judge, NOT the jury, took it upon herself to declare Alex guilty. Alex was NOT allowed to present all his evidence and witnesses.

He spent four years, went through multiple lawyers, refused to provide documents requested as part of discovery and obfuscated through every step of the way.
