traps but not good exercise. also trains a little bit of shoulder. its called shrugs
It looks like some kind of shrug combined with a curl, so probably traps.
It also targets biceps, but it probably doesn't do much for them.

Never they don't want to build bulky muscles because it, would create a lot of heat in a fight and tailand is incredibly warm already. Don't want to get exhausted super quickly.

you clearly weren’t taught by one of the greatest muay thai fighters who ever lived
@@enigmauyu6392 Yeah nah, ask any physician. That movement is horrible for your joints. A shug is performed in an up and down motion. Not taking away from his incredible fighting skills (really looking forward to his bare knuckle bout with Senchai) but teaching fanboys like yourself a dangerous exercise that only damages the body isn’t right
