    When I first started working, I would write down everything and it helped me but now that I have been doing it for a little while, I am able to remember what I need to remember and it's easier to just log on to the computer.

    this video is so helpful! I love lists and value organization so this was super helpful especially as a new grad nurse! i just found out i got my dream job in the mother baby unit and i start in september and i can't wait! thank you!!!

    This is an interesting way to organize your shift! I like it. Do you keep a written copy of your vitals with you before charting it? Or do you chart your vitals in the room?

      I always try to chart them in the room!

    Are you doing a nurse residency?

      My hospital has a nurse residency program for new grads but it is only for a few months after we’ve been off of orientation (& mine was actually ended early due to COVID). It’s not a year long thing like some hospitals offer
