Definitely interesting. This sort of wireless setup would ordrinarily require a massive cage and rigging per unit. Even if this is something that requires more time to mature to be truly reliable at the level streaming requires, it's still exciting (and shout out to M4/3 format, where I have all of my money invested lol)
Jake mentioned these having an HDMI output but I don't see an HDMI output on them or can you use the USB-C port with an adapter to get HDMI out on them? Could you use these say connected to an ATEM Mini or running into ProPresenter?
I'm really having a hard time seeing the functionality of these. The pricing alone makes this a "NO" for many Churches when you start weighing alternative options. So in order to do NDI you need a subscription (additional fee) and it's solely reliant on wireless...which is the only appeal. But it's quickly surpassed by the fact that Wi-Fi is inconsistent at best, especially with weather systems in your immediate area. The moment you plug that thing into any HDMI cable, you would have been better off getting the Blackmagic Micro Studio G2. All that said, great review of the cameras man.
@@theBullringLive was hoping to get 60 fps in firmware update but not sure if it will happen, I am also hoping version 2 of this camera will be a game changer
@@MilesWindu mostly wireless connectivity. They are always losing connection or buffering. They’re also built very cheap and are not durable at all. The app crashes very often and logitechs customer support is awful.
What alternatives would you recommend? I ask because it seems like most of the quality options I have found are at least $1k+. We currently use a Lumix G7 (got it for $600 a few years ago), but with the appropriate lens, (using a sigma 56mm) we are still at $1000. I need a second cam so what would you do?

There’s a door on the back
Can the camera link up to OBS?
yes, through USB, NDI or SRT
@@LiveProductionTips any chance it could also hook up to an ATEM Television Studio HD?
@@kelleytownbaptistchurch It has HDMI out but no SDI, if you need SDI you will need to get convertors.
What if Wi-Fi Signal Drops
Then you lose the connection 🤷
Obviously it stops working lol
It’s best to have a dedicated router for the camera for less problems if possible but if it drops you more then likely will lose the signal
Great ❤cool setup
Our church needs help with the live stream audio. It sounds super bad when watch any simple solution and yes we are a small church no much money 🤷♂️
Try getting a sound card v8 or so. I'm saying this because of your budget.
Looks good, but the video isn't sharp

Can you use POE?
Yes but yiu need an adapter, USB-C to Ethernet
@@LiveProductionTips Pictures are rather small on site. Looked like it had ethernet connection. Now if only it did 60fps

For that price, you can get better cameras (with better sensors). Idea is nice, but for that price, you can get something better.
Are these cameras wireless? If so, please share. (I sincerely mean this)
@@kevinldaniel honestly, for the absolute price probably not. For the value, you can rig out a Sony APC camera with better image and stream quality

These are ok, but just too much $! probably better getting an older lumix, but the software is nice
The picture quality is not good at all
Get that sponsorship bag but the MEVO line is TERRIBLE. Please do not waste your money on these.
What are some of the cons?

$1k, yikes. Too rich for our budget.
