OMG if someone would have told me when I was a teenager watching Jenny Jones that one day during a pandemic that Jenny Jones would teach me how to make wonderful flat bread! I would have laughed and said I don't think so 😄 Thanks Jenny I love it ❤️
Olivia White Yes!😀😀😀😀
So THAT is why she is so familiar! Also why she is so good on camera. Thanks.
Totally agree…made these today & will use them for tacos later
😅😅😅
She's amazing and love her recipes and personality.
Her hairband matches her shirt.... This woman is magical
I miss her on RUclips
I wonder if she sees.
AnnMarie me too!!!
ah.yes
@@Sbannmarie where is she?
I just found Jenny’s channel looking for an easy bread recipe who would have thought Jenny Jones would be teaching me to make bread! It’s good and easy 😊
Same here! You have to & I mean have to try her Faster No Knead Bread recipe. It’s a family favorite ❤️
Omg Jenny is so lovable! And she's really good at explaining the steps. I'm a new fan. Can't believe I only found Jenny's videos until now
She rules in her easy to follow instructions. She explains things and makes them easy to do with confidence
me too... sad she's no longer on youtube making videos (new)
@@Sbannmarie Why did she stop?!!
@@di7444 I don't know. She said in one video she couldn't keep up with its demands. I wish that RUclipsrs would not let comments get them down.
Can't help but smile, no matter what Jenny is doing.
I could watch people work with dough for days on end. What a simple and quick recipe, I didn't think you could make it withing 30 minutes but you did!
Thank you Jenny . I do not have a cast iron pan or a mixer and they still come out . omg so easy. i mix well by hand and heat frying pan. i also make them smaller and give as a side with salads , chickpeas etc.
These flatbreads are perfect. I served them with tzatziki and am glad I made a double recipe. They are chewy, and bready. Not like pita, which is thinner. Thank Jenny, you know your way around a bowl of bread dough!
Hi Jenny, love your video...you are so sweet with a great sense of humor!
+Sylvia Moeckel - I have made these with 1/2 whole wheat / 1/2 ap flour and they were good. I would suggest the same with white whole wheat flour and combine it half & half with a/p flour, otherwise the breads might not be soft enough. (www.jennycancook.com/recipes/quick-easy-flatbread/)
...Hey Jen .. how are you. Just wanted to tell you I still bake your 90 min. bread and added this recipe on my bake list a few months ago. Everyone loves both the breads. Now, I gotta try the 50/50 flour.. cause if you say its good... it's good!! I was wondering how avocado oil would taste in this recipe?? What'cha think? anyway.. be good and stay calm.
A truly foolproof recipe, thank you! I just made them with bio semi-whole flour and bio evoo; absolutely the best recipe I've ever tried. Honestly, can't thank you enough!
Jenny Can Cook good idea for healthy bread
Just by chance I make mine exactly like this. I am way too impatient to let them rest and don't bother to add any yeast. I can literally make flatbread in under 4 minutes. That's going from "Gee, flatbread would be nice" to cleanup and eating it. I mix water into my flour and start my skillet (just a simple steel one) about when I start kneading the dough proper. By the time I am done it is usually hot enough (hotter is better, btw!) and the cooking part takes practically no time at all, especially if you make them very thin. :D
Would Tipo 00 flour work?
It makes fantastic pizza crust.
I'm going to try it
I absolutely adore how excited she gets in every video! It makes me want to make every recipe!
I don't even like cooking but she makes me want to anyway. She's infectious. ♥
Sitting here thinking who is this? Then it flashed in my head...Jenny Jones! Great to see you! as I was cruising RUclips looking for something to relax for the night....
I just made this Jenny! My yeast was dead so I used 2 tsp of baking powder instead and it came out great!!
You were the one and only person to give me enough confidence that I could even do this. Now I'm making several of your recipes. You are my fave!!
I love how excited she gets whenever she's done making whatever she's cooking and that's exactly how I am in the kitchen
Jenny can cook, and she has a sense of humor!
Another winner from Jenny - who definitely *can* cook! The hardest part of this recipe is cleaning up, and I even saved on that by using a wooden spoon instead of a mixer! Delicious!
Hi Jenny! I’m watching this video 4 years later, but these look amazing. Thanks.

Wow! This is the easiest recipe I've seen! Thanks, Jenny!
Pool boys and flat bread might require a little 'kneading' to get them to rise -- but don't forget the 10 minutes of rest before getting them too hot.
facite non victimarum puns much? I did smile tho so thx

Yeah even silly comments have some value now. It's good to laugh a little during troubled times like these. It's actually good for the body's immune system.
ahhhahhahahah
We won't ask about the source of all that knowledge.
I was a pool boy and chef at a Convent.
🏊 🍞 💒 😇

@@kaesnow2380 - I enjoyed watching for the first time during the Coronavirus pandemic 03/23/2020
Someone gave me some raw flatbread, I heat some up the stove, just want to make sure I did it right, so I was checking You Tube and this was perfect, only thing I didn't have the right pan
Thank you for what you do, you're an inspiration and very good at step by step directions. I appreciate you very much.

+Sean Young - You're right, I have three... blue, light green, and yellow.
Can you give me one pleas !!
can i be your pool boy ;)
Hey Jenny,
I'm confused between yeast, baking soda and baking powder, I read that we get aroma when we use yeast only! So why and when we use the other ones?
Plus yeast is good bacteria while the other ones are chemicals!
I'm going to buy a bread maker, so can I just use yeast for both breads and cakes?
Instant or Active Dry?
Thanks.
Jim Morsi Yeast is used primarily for breads & rolls and the recipes usually take longer because yeast doughs need to rise. Yeast breads do smell good, that's true. Cakes, on the other hand, are usually made with baking powder or baking soda, sometimes both. These recipes are faster because the baking powder & soda create the rise while baking in the oven. Here are a couple of good sources that explain better than I can: www.damngoodrecipes.com/articles/47_BakingPowdervsBakingSodavsYeast.html#.VQ5FxShnd5g www.thekitchn.com/pantry-basics-whats-the-differ-40514
***** I have never made a bread like this.
Hi Jenny! Thanks for the great tutorials & videos. Just wanted to say for flat bread, if you flip them more often they become more dry and of course less flip will result on softer breads.
You're kidding! Pure genius. Thanks.
Just started watching...love your channel.....
just amazing!
I love you style. Great idea... made it for my evening meal. Brilliant
Made these today! Easy and delicious! This recipe is a KEEPER. Thanks Jenny!!!!

These came out just right. So easy! Thanks! Question: if I triple the recipe do I need to triple the yeast?
Used the recipe tonight. It was perfect!

So great
I REALLY ENJOY YOUR VIDEOS THEY ARE INFORMATIVE AND VERY FUNNY!!!!
Thanks so much for this as this is the bread form I probably use most AND run to the store just for that. This is also the perfect batch size.
Jenny I just love your channel!!! I watched you back in the day, and you are still a hoot and a holler for me!! I made your ribs and I will never use another recipe ever. The whole pan was wiped out and no leftovers! You have given me the confidence to try this one, as I can never find flatbread in the stores in my area, and they are expensive. One packet of yeast and a little flour, etc.! Making Falafel today, so I hope I can be successful with this recipe as well!!! The pool boy will regret his choice later!! LOL
Looks great Jenny! I love these.
Love all your cooking videos!!You do such a great job and you make look so easy!I am going to try all of them thank you!! PS you have such a great sense of humor too!!!
