Idk why but asking myself what my next thought would be brought a tear to my eye, these videos are helping me in a way i never thought i could have been helped before, i get so into my own head on a daily basis and it honestly makes life so hard and draining and so easily for granted, thank you for helping me and guiding me back to myself.

It’s okay. It’s a normal response to anxiety. Your body is seeking safety because due to your thoughts it thinks danger is looming. Just know your safe within. This use to happen to me a lot. It happens still, but not as much. It takes practice. I can wake up scared & become scared because I don’t know why I’m scared exactly. A endless cycle that created soo much anxiety & panic. I’m learning to NOT attach myself to my thoughts. I’m learning to observe my thoughts & be more patient. You will gain more & more control of your thoughts. We’re in this together. I will incorporate you into my prayers & thoughts. Peace, love & light from me to you. Virtual hug from me to you 🤗
