Hi, been watching your videos for a while now.. I hate standing at the hob for hours cooking asian curries, i just dont have the time in my busy life. I had the large size pressure king pro and was eagerly waiting for someone to make curries in it - thankyou for your video!
Glad you liked. 👍
@@ChigzFoodVlog So the browning function is the pressure cooker mode? i have had mine for a while but never knew where to get the function
Such a helpful video. Thank u
You’re welcome 😊
How much water
Just half a glass or 200ml. Does not need much water as it cooks in its own steam.
do you fry the onions garlic etc on browning mode?
Yes I did.
Super.... join... stay conected
Looks doable.
What did you press at end to get rid of water did you press saute!
?
You leave the lid open and just press browning meat. So it cooks more without pressure and water evaporates.
@@ChigzFoodVloglast few minutes we use only browning section or browning & meat both. Pls I am confused.
Hello, it's 110 or 220v ?
Its 220v in the UK, if you buy it in the US it will be 100v.
Would you not season the chicken first?
Lol don't ask some people raised different
What the heck is Hing powder ?
good for the stomach is that
U dont put HING in any chicken curry!
Why not?
Coz nobody does, its unheard of! Hing is used in lassi saag n veg dishes. Iv been cooking for 20yrs, parent for 50yrs n even they wouldnt even consider hing in chicken, no restaurant or takeaway does but i guess if it works for u then its fine.
