    Hi, been watching your videos for a while now.. I hate standing at the hob for hours cooking asian curries, i just dont have the time in my busy life. I had the large size pressure king pro and was eagerly waiting for someone to make curries in it - thankyou for your video!

    How much water

    • @ChigzFoodVlog
      @ChigzFoodVlog  3 года назад

      Just half a glass or 200ml. Does not need much water as it cooks in its own steam.

    What did you press at end to get rid of water did you press saute!
    ?

    • @ChigzFoodVlog
      @ChigzFoodVlog  4 года назад

      You leave the lid open and just press browning meat. So it cooks more without pressure and water evaporates.

    What the heck is Hing powder ?

  • @wazza13utd
    @wazza13utd 4 года назад

    U dont put HING in any chicken curry!

    • @ChigzFoodVlog
      @ChigzFoodVlog  4 года назад

      Why not?

    • @wazza13utd
      @wazza13utd 4 года назад

      Coz nobody does, its unheard of! Hing is used in lassi saag n veg dishes. Iv been cooking for 20yrs, parent for 50yrs n even they wouldnt even consider hing in chicken, no restaurant or takeaway does but i guess if it works for u then its fine.
