    Cucumber kimchi
    Ingredients:
    2 cucumber.
    1 tsp salt.
    - leave it for 15 minutes, remove the water.
    spring onion.
    1 onion.
    Chives.
    5 cloves of garlic.
    1 tbsp Korean chili flakes/ Gochugaru.
    1 tbsp sugar.
    60ml / 4 tbsp sesame oil.
    60ml (1/4 cup) rice vinegar.
    2-3 tbsp sesame seeds.
    - put in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes.
