Objection!!!
Leading the viewers to your own pre-determined points of interests to sway them from seeing the rest of the case matter.
It’s unbelievable that all these Lawyers knowing the Law would go to a crime scene & proceed to walk around that crime scene 🤷🏼♀️ It’s unheard of !
I swear, I am a 52 year old nobody from Australia, yet I would seal a crime scene myself, if I was the first person on the scene; especially if my spouse and child had just been murdered. It makes me wonder whether Alex’s ‘law family’ knew exactly what they were doing?!? 😳
I agree, and then complain about it as they walked around the scene as if they were evidence collectors.
His behavior showed red flags all over the place, even his work hours, coming in as everyone else leaves? These lawyers need to be great full for the female office ceo/manager, She caught all of this.
Robyn, this was intentional by the Murdaughs & his partners (before they knew he stole from them) in order to give Alex's case the opportunity to say that the police botched the investigation. They took control of Paul's murderous boat accident as well. The Murdaugh brothers ( not Alex) removed boat so it couldn't be forensically searched & they said Paul wasn't driving at crash time. These are deadly powerful people.
THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING! _Unreal._
Literally, only when you're an elite. Sickening, isn't it?
Your Honour, our client is such a legend in his own mind we would ask that he be able to use his invisibility cloak on demand if he doesn't like a certain cross examination question. He was going to use Wonder Woman's bracelets to deflect questions, but they don't fit him.
Love it!!!
🥹😂🤣
I am a female who had a career in a "man's world" 40 years ago. I am a Southern "girl" and am extremely offended by Alex's attorneys. I understand there are quite a few women on the jury.. I have a feeling that that pair of old white men is hitting a lot of those jurors the wrong way too !
Do you think? I'm reading over and over that that he'll never get a conviction in that county
Junkyard dogs have more character than Harpoolian and Griffin.
Both used to be prosecutors.
I watched this back in February, but missed some days and now I’m rewatching it. I think there was an argument between the Defense and Prosecution when Blanca was testifying (could have been a different witness), but one of his Defense attorneys referred to her as “this woman”. I’m trying to ask this woman a question.
Alex is guilty. Who can trust a liar, thief, drug head and a killer. How could you do that to your own child. A monster 😢
Don't forget, he was unfaithful to Maggie too.
@@janetcarpenter6118 Source?
Seems like the ones that first knew about the pills are dead...housekeeper, Paul and Maggie.
I pray the jury gives Alex what he deserves. As he gambles and rambles his way through jail.
Why are they allowing a witness to just give a LONG narrative that goes way beyond the question asked? And I cannot understand why a mass of people were allowed onto the property where these murders occurred. Just roaming all around. That house should have never been cleaned etc…. Unreal.
I like him lol he’s gotten away from the defense ,Waters have a good ole time with him
Waters is letting them talk and talk and talk….if the defense was any good they would keep it short but nope.
That was up to the JUDGE to put a stop to that, yet no one objected.
A mass of well connected well to do citizens they all knew from the community .
Regardless, alAlec is GUILTY
THE DEFENCE JUST HELPED THE STATE OUT UNREAL
Thought the same, so it was other people that cleaned up the pots. I thought Alex ate with his family and they put it up. So they didn’t eat dinner together
Absolutely!! Their first witness was very damming to AM…his testimony was very powerful and he was a genuine and believable witness.
He's going to get a hung jury just watch or he'll be the new Casey Anthony
@@bluelife1503 not so sure about that.
@@bluelife1503 I really hope not.
The Defense makes such a big deal about people walking through the crime scene. Why did AM family and friends not respect not walking through? They all showed up and came right in. Surely AM if not guilty, would have chased everyone away to preserve the scene.
Curious, do you recall hearing if they roped it off or not?
@@janetcarpenter6118 they did not
Right? He, himself called everyone who could answer that late at night🤷🏼♀️ I’m sure so they could come and not only contaminate the scene, but prevent SLED do his job and then use it against them… he definitely planned this for awhile as he said it.
Your honour, they can’t question AM about things that may prove he is guilty! WTF if he testifies, he should not be tested special, the prosecution should be allowed to be question about anything that has been presented within the evidence. 🤬
Yes! His ‘council’ friends have advised him before not to talk about and mix the crimes and he sang like a canary! Let him keep going 😂
This is yet another attempt at theatrics by the defense. NO WAY is AM going to testify.
Co?
All the lawyers there, but none of them were smart enough to not contaminate the scene
Except this man. He is sharp! Even took his own pics.
That was the plan
Why do you think AM called everyone? Just like the Ramsey’s. He knew that LE would be intimidated by all those lawyers and that all those people would contaminate and add to the confusion.

Which is crazy being lawyers
Prosecutor Waters: “We not just talking purely dishonesty and credibility, which I think is alone more than enough”
lol that’s understatement! You just can’t believe a word that comes out of AM…
"Your honor he pointed a gun at us from up there yesterday! "
😂😂
That was funny 😂😂 (his statement)
I laughed so hard at that 🤣
Never saw such a brilliant,well-prepared,clever,convincing prosecutor
As the defense gets into their side of the case. Let us not forget that Alex not only lied about being down by the kennels but he changed his clothes and he couldn't tell them when that happened AND they never found those clothes. Lots more very damning evidence, mainly from the body cam and interviews of Alex. He was caught lying SOOO many times. All the defense can do now is put doubt in the heads of the jurors. Even with that, I think they're going to have a hard time convincing the jurors he is innocent. Even the judge thinks he's guilty, at least that's how I took him saying "there's enough evidence for a guilty plee".
'plee' lol
I agree! If tis guy gets off, there is a serious problem with the people in that town that would keep me from ever wanting to go near it.
Nobody's saying that Paul's bad kid is just that he needed to take responsibility for something that he did causing somebody else's life to be lost. He was a reckless person but I'm sure he was a good boy too it's just that the alcohol abuse coupled with his ability to just have other people clean up his mess, was a recipe for disaster.
Guilty
6:08:11 "hes been standing up here the whole trial and aimed a gun at us yesterday" lmfaoooo. I was wondering why no one mentioned the fact that he was aiming that gun towards everyone else the previous day. Im not sorry that i had to wait until the next video to see it addressed 🤣🤣🤣
Paul's video extracted from his phone tells it all! period Alex was at the kennel and they were shot minutes later. What he did after is on his conscious or not since he is a liar about everything in his life.
Paul may just end up helping convict his father from his grave. 💔💔😓
@@lyndaczika6327Yes He Did. So sad that Paul & Maggie knew it was their own Husband & Father who massacred them. 😢. That’s just heartbreaking. I’m glad Rogan didn’t get AM’s messages & drive over there or I’m sure he would of been killed too. It’s just lucky none of the boys friends who sometimes helped Paul with the farm, running equipment, planting & food plots showed up knowing Paul was coming home to plow & replant the sunflowers…IF that story is true. Who knows if anything AM says is true. Had Anyone showed up at Moselle I’m sure AM would of killed them & blamed them for the murders. AM is the DJT of the South..I’ve never even heard of two people who are such Liars, Thieves, Crooks & Cons who have such little regard for the truth or human lives. Who knows, AM might get tapped to be his VP.. DJT would have his Roy Cohen 2.0…A lawyer & the lowest form of human life there is.
SO fAR I HAVE TO LAUGH AT THE DEFENSE TEAM ! THEIR WITNESSES ARE HELPING THE STATES CASE BY A WHOPPING AMOUNT !! THE STATES CROSS HAS BEEN ABLE TO SHUT DOWN THE DEFENSE ON EVERY QUESTION THEY ASKED THE DEFENSE WITNESS !!
I've heard a lot of people talk about Busters lack of emotion but I would actually believe him to be on some sort of antidepressant. His mother and brother were murdered and his dad is on trial for doing it. He has to unfathomably sit there and listen to the details day after day after day. If I were his Dad , I would not want him in there going through that. Just another heartless move by Alex. I believe he did. I am confused on why, but even if the motive was evident, it is not normal for the human mind to make since of such a heinous crime. Period.
Curious, what was the duration of his call to buster fromt the scene? If I had to call my surviving son to tell him his family was murdered.... it would take longer than a minute. Also, we learned during his testimony he too was being sued civily for the boating accident due to allowing Paul to borrow his ID to buy liqour. It is possible the short call was to let Buster know "It's Done". Both Alex and Buster had a lot riding on Paul being dead and Maggie was probably a protector of her baby.
@@janetcarpenter6118 very good point Janet!
@Janet Carpenter that's chilling and I don't doubt that as a high possibility. Their entire family gives me the willies.
Again Harpoolian unorganized not knowing states evidence #39 before he started
Not only was Alex at the kennels he was driving the golf cart
This guy remembers everything
When asked what did he do when got back up to the house from leaving the kennels he says he's not sure set down maybe nodded off
Whenever he is back in a corner blames it on his drug addiction
Many things going on in the timeline that point to his guilt I do not believe him
If he lied because he claims he was paranoid at the time, he had plenty of time to tell the truth, he does not admit to it until they come up with his voice on the video
OMG the ole boys club once again asking to be treated special from all others. If he takes the stands then all evidence that has been presented should be questionable to AM. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
How come they don't rise for the jury, has that been answered yet?
The defense witness is helping the prosecution
I like how this guy tells everything that they’ve been question and he has an answer for. He said look what they did to him also, he says they are the ones that fit the food in the fridge.
Yeah, that fridge and pots testimony was a freaking joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
He was an excellent witness!! So calm, articulate, well spoken and genuine.
Right! Answering some of our questions and nailing AM coffin. I liked that person, he definitely wasn’t good for the defense.
"Look at what they did!" is the first comment AM makes to imply fault onto someone else. He probably knew that police, SLED, etc., would botch protecting the crime scene thus, allowing him to get away with murder. AM is a classic sociopathic liar.
Love the physics guy from yday and the forensics expert today!!!!
How did either expert advance the defense arguments?
Snapchat video, gmc data, and Alex 3 different alibis are still out there and unchallenged by defense
The physics guy was a waste of time.
@@lyndaczika6327 oh my god for real. I was over it halfway through. I'm like "wtf? A 5'2 person? You serious?" 💀
A much less wealthy person would have been convicted weeks ago, sitting in a SC prison for life or awaiting execution.
only way to limit the cross is a very limited direct
SLED INVESTIGATION IS OJ2.0
The guys a terrible actor cross-examinations going to NAIL him. 😂😂😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
The finger print expert was the first expert the defense presented that is reliable. He was very impressive.
But he lied on the stand by saying that SLED didn’t take fingerprints in the feed room. They did, they just didn’t use the powder like used to be so common & instead used an alternative light source. They also did DNA testing from there. Only the obvious people showed up.
He is a Good witness for the defense. Very Articulate for sure.
7:50:52 Gotcha! At 9:06pm Alex's car starts moving; ....At 10:06pm, Alex walks 500 steps (out), pauses for 2 minutes, and then another 500 steps (back). you would need to correlate this with his car's gps data to see where his car was at this time, then draw a 500-metre circle around it, and somewhere around that circle you will find the rifle he hid.
I agree and think that’s why he called Buster from prison and was insisting he go hunting in the Dove fields.
OMG, the police doesn't have clean-up company referrals?
Good morning
His father & father's father rolling in their graves. Probably a blessing his poor mother's none the wiser.
-6:46:33 Weird. Out of left field, eagerly, the witness says people shouldn’t demonize Paul, and then he starts demonizing Paul: “I even told Alex Paul needed to be throttled back a bit”.
Lol. The movie is going to be a hit
Alex chews those (contraband) lollies like they're packed with meth - Chew chew chew chew chew...Grose

Alex's comments to his lawyers are super creepy and interesting to deaf people who read lips.

Was the missing 300Blackout ever reported stolen? They are adamant it was stolen and not misplaced🤓
Great Point! personally, I think Alex had it the entire time and that he was the one that planned the entire thing well before he did it.
Why not take a picture of the cooler with beer cans?
Alrighty then, let’s see this smooth talking people whisperer talk his way out of these questions. It surprised me when defense thought they could get away with talking about financials.
Apparently Defense team has a thing using some of the oldest possible paid off witnesses
Funny moment today with the "two 12 year old"
Wasn’t that yesterday

Is it over for today??
Did you hear the judge tell the jury they were adjourning for the day???????????
Hard to believe anything that comes out of a compulsive liar's mouth. Even harder when the liar has lied for YEARS to people he claims to be best friends with. Plus the fact that he completely messed up these other people's lives that he supposedly cared for. Hard to buy anything he says.
Who is the guy in the gallery that keep a split screen on? I don’t mean his red headed son.
One of his brothers is back there as well as his sister. I keep thinking that the guy that is usually behind him with the gray crew cut, glasses and mustache looks familiar, but sure from where.
51:09
Damn.
Nevermind killing his family, the things he stole from his clients alone make him a soulless monster!!!!
I have no idea why the defense would call Mark Ball. Mr. Ball did an excellent job at helping the prosecution. Did he prove that law enforcement did a completely crappy job from the start….yes, but that does not prove Alex is innocent. It only proves all the LEOs should be fired. They must regret calling him. If they don’t, then they want Alex to go to jail.
Read elsewhere that Alex is taking the stand today.
Another indication, that AM left the phone in the house, when he was, evidentially, at the kennels with both, Maggie and Paul!
What?
So many things say guilty, and so many others say mistrial....
Godam Conan O’Brien really let himself go. 😂
John Meadors is Awesome!😅
You and I must be watching trial at similar times. (4 months after) I'm actually enjoying re watching. I agree with you, John Meadors is THE BEST attorney I've ever seen.
Meadors is likely THE BEST attorney I've seen. In ANY trial.
EVIDENCE. Alex was at the scene BEFORE he goes to Mom's- the data gives a very large number of steps (over 700 steps) in the minutes after he murdered them.
The lady that was caretaker for Alex mother on days was overly protective of him stating he goes there daily. Idk.
Yep, I found her testimony not believeable. The caretaker "Smith" testimnoy was believable to me and she also said how much she loved the family..... but.... sounds like she told the truth.
So Mr Ball you are saying that a truck with clorox in it is odd so you take pictures yet minutes before you testified that you went to the kennels not the house as you had spoken to your partners and were discussing cleaning up the crime scene and that one had attempted but was too upset to do it. Hmmm does it really seem strange that there is a truck there with clorox in it.
all the movements on maggies phone is alex picking phone up and all the calls he is trying to cover himself while he drives to his mums house after killing them then throwing the phone away on the road.. if it was someone else why would they take maggies phone and throw it away and leave pauls phone at the scene?
The missed calls to MM from Alex are very suspect…the fact that the first call at 9:04:23 someone immediately hit the side button and back light goes off, Then at 9:05:44 screen goes back on; 9:06:12 there is an orientation change and then 2 seconds later another “missed call” from Alex. 9:07:00 screen goes off. Alex’s car which is outside his house then starts at 9:06:52.? And it starts moving. THAT is one thing that makes me wonder?? Was there another person involved? Seems like the missed calls may have been made by AM to find
her phone? It was dark, she probably dropped it? Maybe AM thought there was something on there damaging? Or maybe there was a 2nd person who actually shot them?? This case is absolutely beyond fascinating….
He was just trying to cover for himself, and in my opinion all the phone orientations happen when he was driving to miss Libby's house.
Still waiting for defense to call a witness that might actually help (for now they have helped the state). 🤦🏻♀️
This prosecutor is ott man! This isn’t a Netflix series lol 😅
Theatrics of putting cardboard over “Handsome’s” monitor so people can see the phony heartbreak when they could just turn it off😢
This expert NEVER WENT TO THE CRIME SCENE...how the heck can he say anything.
Interpretation of limited given evidence but testifying as the police did an inadequate job, does not seem to be a true representation for the jury to use for the crime scene.
I think the state messed up by trying him before trying to flip one of his 'friends'first. I hope he doesnt walk.
How can you flip the Snapchat video that throws Alex entire Alibi out the window? Explain your comment
This was a defense witness.

Flat line Cold testimony from Buster was y!!

Sociopathy is hereditary
Why is it that when this guy and others are being cross-examined by the prosecutors they drink a lot of water?
Nerves, talking so much and most likely get “dry mouth”. Not at all unusual.
it is also a delay tactic for them to get their thoughts together to answer the question.
This guy Is going to get away with murder. The investigators did a poor ass job In collecting evidence and not taking the proper steps in keeping the crime scene secure and un contaminated. I believe the Sled agents were told by their supervisor to do a sloppy job on this case because someone influenced Sled somehow to make sure some of the evidence got lost or left behind. Now why does the prosecutor sound like the prosecutor in my cousin Vinnie🤭 And then the defense attorney said He aimed a gun at us yesterday,, I do find the fact that lawyers are allowed to invade personal space , a bit unnerving. No covid concerns at all Lord my SC people! USC may need to shut that law school down
The guy Eric bland that was on the show tonight has been wrong about everything since day 1….why keep him on the panel
He finds out his Mimi’s agitated so he waits till she’s asleep to go soothe her. Fishy.

AM maybe is holding Maggie’s phone while he is calling her cell, not rocket science that a person could be holding both phones, and AM is at the kennels, but his vehicle is left at the house. Again, not rocket science.
I actually think he was calling to locate her phone after he shot her. My guess is that she dropped her phn at some point , maybe after Paul was shot..?? most likely running away? Then was shot herself so her phone was probably dropped. It was dark, AM was in a panic to find it to get rid of it so he called her phone so it would ring. He knew he had to get rid of it so then tossed it out the window on the way to his Mom’s..probably with the weapons and possibly his bloody clothes and shoes. He thought by deleting those calls on his call log would be good enough. Goes to show you he wasn’t as smart on covering his tracks as he thinks.

*1:02:13* "Sounds like 'they' to me." 🙄 You would.
First time I heard it, I clearly heard "I". And this was before I knew much about Alex Murdaugh.
*1:13:47* "Nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors." That is absolutely correct.
*1:43:00* Paul was a very troubled kid. I feel bad for him because it wasn't his fault how he was raised but he needed help. He never took responsibility for anything and always ran to his granddaddy to make the problem "disappear". Of course he became glued to Randolph after the boating accident. That's who he kept trying to call after he crashed the boat while drunk and killed Malory Beach. He was also very abusive mentally and physically to his girlfriend. Paul needed help and he needed to be far away from his family who is plagued with death.
Family consistently indulged Paul's bad, sometimes illegal behavior, then came to his aid. It's called FALSE PRIVLIGE.
