How Many times does one person have to say "I'm not a doctor" ? This line of questioning was beyond badgering of a witness and also completely out of line. In what world are you trying to get a sled agent to testify to medical terms and documents he didn't prepare or able to really testify to other than to agree that those are the words on the paper. HE'S NOT A DOCTOR. GOOD GRIEF.
No question Alex WAS THERE at precisely the time of the murders. I would have no doubt as a juror.
The defense attorney Harpootian has one tactic and that’s it…try to confuse the jury. He is horrible. Just talks in circles and tries to make the witnesses and even the experts trip over their own words. Not to mention acting like he knows more than the experts. The first SLED agent wasn’t going to take any of it! He put Harpootian right in his place. I pray AM is convicted. There are NO other suspects.
Guilty beyond not only reasonable doubt but beyond all doubt
Alex seems to be more engaged than before... He knows what is coming... The truth. He was there at the kennnels. He ambushed his son in the feed-room, then got on the cart and went to Maggie - knocked her off her feet, (thus the treadmark on the back of her calf). Killed the poor woman. Ran around getting rid of the guns - somewhere right there on the property. It was dark - he could have easily put them right off in the treeline brush - up in the house... lots of places SLED didn't look.

I’m thinking he just didn’t do drugs but also sold them. Way too many pills for one fella.
This case makes me really sad. Imagine losing your life at that dark lonely kennels in such a brutal fashion. Whether you like the family or not, it's just horrible.
Alex says he rode around property in afternoon with Paul but gm data shows he was at work from 12pm to 6:30pm
I would say so far SA Peter Rudofski and Lawyer that represented the Beach family, have been the toughest witness to cross examine for the defense.

Oh my goodness! Alex called Buster after he murdered Paul and Maggie, on the way to Alameda, BUT, not after he " found", their bodies!
I can't believe Alex's attorneys can even stand sitting next to him
