This channel is so great, deserves so many more subs than it currently has! Found you from looking up Portaventura for when I go later this year and binged the channel since!
Aw thank you so much. I really appreciate that 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Assuming that we are going to have Universal come to the UK and the additional visitors and investment the other parks would likely get, we might be seeing a lot of new coasters across parks in the UK. A modern Vekoma flying coaster flying in between the other rides at Blackpool Pleasure Beach would be fun; they could call it "Head Above the Clouds."...or have they already.
Oh for sure. If Universal goes ahead (surely it will 🤞) it will no doubt shake up the industry
Nice vid 👍
Thank you 🙂
I definitely agree with the standup at towers because they were originally planning a standup a decade ago but never happened and they might want to recover that concept what i don’t agree with tho is the 4th dimension I think it would be a better fit at Paultons because there is a new model where you don’t have to flip if you don’t want to do it could be a sort of family coaster. I just want an Rmc in the Uk 😭
Aw me too mate someone needs to announce one! And interesting on the 4D wasn’t aware of that one 🙂
A raptor or a tiltcoaster would do well in blackpool i think an RMC i box would be better suited to thorpe park and yes a little tamer x2 variant would do well in thorpe to.
For the rest i think you pretty much nailed it.
It’ll be interesting to see if any of these come to the Uk. Def hoping for that RMC!
I think a single rail RMC would be amazing for BPB since they have a small footprint and it would be huge for BPB to kind of one up Alton Towers by getting something that is not available anywhere else in the UK as of right now. It would drive a lot of people to the park, especially enthusiasts.
@@coaster_dad We could use more of those in europe. Did most of them in the states and they are fun.
I wood love to ride all them 👍 love to see all them rollercoasters in the UK 42 and and still love rollercoasters 🎢
That makes two of us. (I’m 43)
250ft drop Cross Valley RMC at Alton Towers, make it happen!
🙏🏻😉
A water coater would be interesting. Spinball could be better, authough ive only ridden it once so the issues may be due to weight distribution. The one at Chessington is great.
A tilting coater I don't get the appeal. I reckon it would be similar to Oblivion which isn't particularly attractive to non thrill seekers as it is. I would argue its more of a specital over a tilt coaster. I also don't think it will be the easiest to theme.
Oh for sure tilt is more about the visuals. I mean I’ve not ridden it so I’m sure I’d be crapping myself 😂
Under a minute gang
I think with an rmc its the cost of the coaster, the size, groundwork and planning need which stop the uk getting one due to the amount of investment needed
Interesting. It’s such a shame we don’t have one yet 😔
It would be a shame to see it renovated and changed but Is the big dipper a listed coaster/building , cos as much as I think it would be sad to see, I think changing it to an RMC would be amazing and could bring some hype back to Pleasure Beach ? 😊😁
Yeah I don’t think it would happen but like you I’d love to see it. It will be interesting to see if we do get any of these coasters in the coming years 😀
@@coaster_dad the tilt coaster would be amazing aswell , that is a spectacle but i think that’s either as you said Pleasure beach or Thorpe park cos it may be too tall of a concept for Towers if you wanted a big one 😂😁. The tree line is so annoying 😂🫣
@@benspeed2819 just plant taller trees ;)
@@coaster_dad That’s true mate 😂👍. Stack trees on trees if you can 😂
A water coaster would realistically go to Thorpe park because they’re the uk’s wettest theme park
True but they have a lot of water rides already so I was wanting to put it elsewhere
@@coaster_dad interesting perspective. I hadn’t thought of that.
If Universal comes. Enthusiasts all over the world will be coming to the UK and doing UK park road trips so they're needs to be all these coasters. RMC I agree Blackpool. They prob won't but I think they should. Water coaster, alton. But I don't think the ground work for the pond is possible. But towers needs another water and they have land to develope im sure. But if not towers then flamingo land. Sms axis, blackpool but it won't happen due to cost so towers as they don't need to be high. Tilt definitely blackpool... standing.... Thorpe or towers. Blackpool doesn't have the room. 4d I'd love blackpool but they don't have the room so towers as it doesn't need to be high. Modern flying. Definitely towers as they don't need to be high.
Seems we mostly agree 😀 I hope some of them do come to the UK no matter what park.
I'd really love to see an RMC and a 4D coaster, also a single rail be it an RMC or Intamin - I'm not fussy.
I'm really surprised we haven't had an RMC yet, seems like they're very popular elsewhere, it would be a huge selling point for a park to get the UK's first RMC coaster. I think a single rail RMC would be amazing for BPB since they have a small footprint and it would be huge for BPB to kind of one up Alton Towers by getting something that is not available anywhere else in the UK as of right now. It would drive a lot of people to the park, especially enthusiasts.
Totally agree. Hoping someone buys one soon 🤞
@@coaster_dad That POV video made me laugh, I see you're a giggler too, I'm the same 😂 My sister always laughs at me for it. Coasters really do make you feel warm and fuzzy and you get to the end with a huge smile on your face!
@iitzfizz yup turns me into a big kid 😂
