The moment when he switches from victorian cross to front lever to rest in that last clip is insane. It looks like his body is made out of one solid piece
I’m working towards my front lever now. I have a shoulder tear and therefor I haven’t progressed in calisthenics for the past year, but now I’m at the point where I can do a front lever even with my injury so I started working hard for the front lever 2 weeks ago, and hoping till the beginning of 2020 to hold a full front lever. (Push exercises are not possible with my injury). I also weigh 84kg :D. I lift too(deadlift and squat only as for now because of my condition).
@@natez999 Ouch! I bet that hurt man. Keep that determination up! I don't really lift but I do weighed pullups, chinups and dips. So far I've added 15 kg to my 60kg bodyweight (yep, I'm a pretty small guy, 5 foot 6)
What would be the other 2 upper statics? I'm not sure if the hardest leg statics would be harder than a ring reverse planche, not many people train for moves like one leg sissy squat or elevated one leg Matrix squat or inverted one leg Nordic curl.
Thank you Noa Man for returning the awesome top 15 compilations and Flo Lit for the demonstrations of supreme strength, and the others mentioned in the description for the rankings. What's a possible estimate for the levels of one arm dragon press, one elbow Victorian (was Nedko the first to show it?) and ring Victorian with no false grip? Edit, forgot another one: Matteodeu's one arm front lever touch version, if it's similar to these.
Thoroughly enjoyed this.....2 things I would like to see...one....a calisthenics movement towards extreme lower lower body as well and 2......Would love to see powerlifter types supplement their training with this stuff..... anyways.....great job and God bless ✝️
It´s awesome. I started calisthenics three months ago and this is my motivation. I know, that it sounds stupid, but if there´s anybody, who would tell me, where did the name VICTORIAN came from and why and for which kind of exercises weuse this term? I would like to know more.
Oh my gosh! VictorianCross on floor is the hardest element i've ever seen. It's like Manna with straight legs. Please FloLit, could you make a tutorial routine for VictorianCross on rings, i was working on that for a long time but it's extremely hard to understand the real form. So, i gave up. And you give me the motivation to train it again.
1) NEVER give up. Some more strength could be required. :-) 2) The form? → The hips on the same level of the hands(, or a little higher). Ah, also false grip activated. 😅

If someone has to be the first person to do reverse planche on rings then it has to be you

This isn't achievable I think because the body cannot raise backwards especially that high.. Victorian on rings is smthing close to that
maybe doing intense stretching exercises you could get your body used to doing it
Check out Danny Rodgriguez in 2014, perfect form inverted swallow.
