I don't think it would've been particularly evil of him to kill daigo, lots of people have to make that decision for their loved ones when they're in that state. but even the thought that he could have killed daigo was enough for mine to jump off that building. he loved that man more than anything and I hope kiwami 3 really builds on that instead of shying away from it.

The two thing people pointed out is the combat system and some scenes. The enemies keep blocking almost every attack, especially bosses, which some found irritating. I don't agree with them honestly, considering I know that I have to think strategy of dodging then attacking. Can't spam attacking all the time. That would be no fun. However, I do partly agree with them this: There were certain scenes that had poor writing direction at the time (Since the original Y3 was released over a decade ago). One particular cutscene involving Rikiya's death was indeed sad, but it could've been prevented on Kiryu's part. The writers of this scene made Kiryu turn his back on that certain red suited dude at the bullring, without getting the gun away from him after knocking him unconcious. The red man regained consciousness a few moments later, and then proceeded to shoot Kiryu, but Rikiya took the bullet. This put a dent on Kiryu as a character, considering he had been through so many deaths of his close ones, but unfortunately the viewers and RUclipsrs who played through this felt that Kiryu never learned from his mistakes. But overall, it is indeed a great game for it's time. 9/10 for me.

Not sure how negatively received the Remaster was, but first knowing of this song as simply the intro cinematic and then hearing it in the finale was a transcendent experience for me.
2:13 this feels like an anger episode or something like that, it starts off with you feeling that “heat” which slowly turns into more anger, and the guitar keeps ramping up into it peaks (usually getting to violence) and then that leads to the more calm part, usually feelings guilty of what you have done (this is the worst part for me)
Ill be honest, coming into this fight i thought what i was hearing was the same music as the intro cutscene and i was like "oh thats sick that they use the same music" and then as the guitar pitched higher and higher it was like that "WHOA WHOA HOL UP" meme. Totally badass awesome 😂
I love this game alot mainly because of the kids and the things you do for them. Only let downs i had were Rikiya's death and (heyy unpopular opinion alert) that fact that the developers didn't do more things with the kids man i'd LOVE to have Kiryu (and me as the player) to do more stuff for them. Especially the begining of the game is a beautiful break from all the action and things going down from the previous games. Like why they didn't do more things with them??? I get it's basically a beat'em up game mainly about a massive crime syndicate but COME ON they could've at least have a chapter or something in Yakuza 4 about them. And of course they had to kill us with yakuza 5 and kiryu being away from the orphanage and i'm pretty sure whether you love those kids as much as i do or not, on this one i think we can all agree and well then with 6 i mean??? WHYYYYYY??? 6 really piss me of alot.
0:37 I love how in both this version and the actual sound track the way it ramps up into that steady beat but still you can feel the emotion in it AMAZING 1:20 ESPECIALLY HERE also it’s very fitting that the track is named fly, and this is a battle between two creatures capable of flight, and in a way mine does fly, although not upwards or forward but instead downwards Mine is technically already at the top and like the saying goes what goes up must come down.
I find it funny that i hated this game so much that i skipped it and then went through the franchise, after i beated every game except 3, i decided to give it another shot and now Mine is my number one final fight, God damn.

Mine might have failed to bring the Dragon down, but he sure came the closest out of anyone who tried; definitely deserving of the Kirin tattoo.
It's because his demon is the only one that can kill a dragon. A tiger is strong but the dragon can only be beat if fighting against other dragon or this demon that I forgot the name
The Kirin is one of the very very few creatures who can kill a dragon, had mine possessed more experience in combat, he would have killed kiryu, im convinced of it, he was too young
Nah kiryu is a beast he never would've lost, like shimano had a tiger tattoo which are equal to dragon and kiryu still beat his ass
@@auhs6240 heh. so what, the only person who can physically beat kiryu is someone with TWO dragons on their back?
@@we-must-live no the only person who can beat kiryu is a playable character. Otherwise he's the strongest. He's literally the mc idk what u expect, the only person on par with him is another playable character and the 3rd strongest Is also playable
@@auhs6240 i dunno man, are you using videogame logic or yakuza logic? because of course the player's gonna win, they can stop playing the game and it no longer has power over them... but on the basis of what we've seen in the yakuza games, those that trouble Kiryu the most are typically those with someone worth fighting for, right?
@@we-must-live "TWO DRAGONS" YAKUZA 0 MENTIONED
3:08 what a music sync
and what a move, too - an unaided, standing dropkick!
3:04 ドロップキックで飛んだ時に背中が映るの龍が飛んでるみたいで良い

You knew this had to hit hard.
Not sure how negatively received the Remaster was, but first knowing of this song as simply the intro cinematic and then hearing it in the finale was a transcendent experience for me.
I have a feeling me and a few people are getting this recommended everytime and we can't not press it oh jesus
mane i just can't resist
Greatest ever Yakuza final boss fight. Such a great game! I could do this fight everyday!
This is the channel I've been looking for! OST with dynamic intro very nice. Thank you
I like this way more than the ost version.
2:13 this feels like an anger episode or something like that, it starts off with you feeling that “heat” which slowly turns into more anger, and the guitar keeps ramping up into it peaks (usually getting to violence) and then that leads to the more calm part, usually feelings guilty of what you have done (this is the worst part for me)
"Make the most of it"
I'll never forget this part. It was sick. Plus the soundtrack.
Best antagonist in yakuza series!
Mine was tough ,Yakuza 3 is a Epic Game
“That’s rad!”
This is a FINAL FIGHT! THIS IS HOW IT'S DONE!
This ost is truly a masterpiece of its own !!!👍
they had the smallest emount of budged on Y3, so they decited to give it the best music, storyline and characters, RGG is truly amazing
Make me laught how Mine is Unexpressive in the QTE xddd
Strongest Ubisoft game vs weakest rgg studio entry
This boss fight was very challenging.

Great sync, but I prefer the original where the beat drops after they hit the ground. Idk, maybe it's just me.

Yakuza 3 Remastered - Boss Battles: Yoshitaka Mine (NO DAMAGE) (LEGEND)
I find it funny that i hated this game so much that i skipped it and then went through the franchise, after i beated every game except 3, i decided to give it another shot and now Mine is my number one final fight, God damn.
How lovely hehe :D so good
Come kiryu-chan we must fly!
sounds like the hidden character theme on tekken 3 lol
youtube put this in a mix playlist called "j-pop"
i dont know how to feel about that
RUclips be doing shit without asking
It once did the same for me, but with a boss theme from Bloodborne (”Laurence, the First Vicar”), which I feel is even less fitting.
Couldnt focus on the music when i played the game becasue i was trying my damndest to not get my ass beat.
When I find the guy that attacked my orphanage
