Finally, someone who also teaches about amaryllis in the warmer climates. Thank you. I appreciate your videos. After years without blooms (perhaps poor feeding and too little light) and then getting 3 last year by forcing them into dormancy in my refrigerator, I have 5 blooms this spring without any dormancy. Super excited!!! I'm catching on. May I ask what slow release fertilizer you use?
Predivno cvetaju svake godine. U vodu staviti svake druge nedelje pivo ili kvasac. Predivne budu sa po tri cveta. ❤
I’ve had 3 in a pot for a couple of years, stored in a fairly cool place, they appear to be dormant, or do I need to put them in dormancy? When repotting should I use new soil?
They naturally stop growing and go dormant when the temperature goes to 10C/50F and below. You just let them stay in a cool dark place when they are dormant. If the temperature meets with their growth, then let them grow under sunlight. We can reuse the old soil if you wish to; Just add some compost or fertilizers to mix with the old soil. I usually add some rice husk or sawdust too.
They need at least half a year to grow after blooming, that's very important. They will naturally go dormant in winter if it is cold (lower than 10C/50F). If you're in warm climate and they don't go dormant, that'll be fine too. They can rebloom without dormancy. (Please turn on the subtitile /CC to help you better understand the video.)

Says cut off leaves when potting up after dormancy, then shows potting up bulbs with leaves. Also shows cutting part of old root growth, then shows potting up bulbs with full dormancy roots. Very contratradictory and confusing. Found this video only helpful for fertilizer schedule
Thank you for comment. Please turn on the the CC? I tried to explain in the subtitiles what to do for warm climites where amaryllis grow all year without dormancy. Amaryllis grow differetly in different zones. It's hard to explain everything in a video, hope you could understand. This video focuses on the fertilizing schedule. For other care tips, please refer tp other videos, which might be more clear.

I enjoy watching your videos. We can learn something very easily. Thank you so much for telling us about these things.
You are so welcome! Glad you like them.
I got all fired up watching this, dear. Have to re-pot all my small bulbs now. Planted them a year ago. Now it's raining again after a dry spell. 🥰😍
Happy repotting! 😜 Though a tiring work, it will be rewarded.🌺💐🌷🥰

Glad you like my videos😊. I’m sure you’ll have more blooms next year!👍🌷🌷🌷. I use Osmocote and some others I get on local stores.
I live in SC and I leave my plant outside all the time and it blooms in the late spring
