- Samsung has launched the new Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 in India and considering the starting price of Rs. 84,999 and all of the specs & features that the Z Flip 3 brings, I am making the switch to the Galaxy Z Flip 3 as my first foldable phone.

Flip 3 was a good decision compared to Fold3

Buy Apple instead as you are not getting anything extra ordinary plus the cameras are last generation. Never the less resale is poor, however, choice is yours.

@@punitcool1in Well someones who is considering a Flip is most probably not very concerned about the utilitarian practicality of the phone. It is more of a nostalgia or a fashion statement or just good old enthusiasm for new tech.
Where all your arguments are valid, they are irrelevant for this target audience. This is like a litre class motorcycle, most people might find them ridiculous and impractical, yet the owners are completely happy with their purchase.

Been using for weeks and loving it. Hope the screen doesn't betray us. Everything else feels super futuristic. I knew about the limitations of the battery capacity before purchase and I have used power banks even with iphones and Note series phones so no big deal for me. I just really hope the hinge and the screen stays strong for at least 2years.

The only reason I can see someone buying this is because they want something unique,and sometimes unique doesn't always mean good
But in this case, the Z Flip 3 is a very practical foldable phone! Everyone loves Flip phones! And this is just so cool! It has nearly the same camera setup as the S20FE and its way faster than the S21 Ultra and has a good enough display! This is very very practical for a foldable phone!

as much as people might hate on these unique style of smart phones, I will admit that even with cargo pants with large pockets, the newest smart phones almost stick out of my pocket, and I think it does for others too, we all are carrying more pocket gadgets then ever, and our pockets are suffering, maybe this will become the next big feature of smart phones in the future.

i wont .. this phone wont last me more than 1.5 to 2 years . and the screen is still not glass , so easy scratches which affects the ownership experience

My only concern is the 3330 MAH battery life with 120 HZ refresh rate. I wouldn't fare trade in my 21 Ultra for it. But I would use it as a side-kick

i love everything about this phone and want it, but the battery makes me upset :/ i have the s21 ultra and the battery is amazing. im able to be on it all day, go to sleep, and it's still alive in the morning (although very low percentage). i think i'll be able to work through the iffy battery of the flip3 because it's such a sweet looking phone and has all the capabilities im used to. might wait till the next model!
