Seren S It depends on how long you want to spend time in air. Didn't you see in this one that skydiver applied full breaks by pulling both sideways to come down instantly.?
Freefall time from an altitude of 12,500 is about 60 seconds. If you fall on your belly. There are different ways of falling (believe it or not) that can either increase your speed (headdown flight) or decrease your speed (think wingsuit). We pulled high. Myself (Sky) at around 8,000 feet and Slade at around 6,000 feet. The canopy time in the air depends on how small/big your canopy is and how you fly it. Flying the parachute say in full brakes vs half brakes vs full flight are just some of the factors that determine descent rate.

In all honesty, this is captured so vividly that when you step off that plane into infinity, my heart definitely leaps as I feel very much with you on that plunge of terror! I really admire your control of all stages of the descent, really professional and skilful.
I have the same fears. I was rather nervous and scared before making the jump. But I wouldn't let fear get in the way. Once in a life opportunities are tough to pass up!

A Random Ambivert depends...129mph isn't top speed...ive been 233. Record is 345mph under 18k feet. Then of course the 3 stratosphere jumpers all went over 800mph.

I have the same fears. I was rather nervous and scared before making the jump. But I wouldn't let fear get in the way. Once in a life opportunities are tough to pass up!

@@giloubigmogwai I try skydiving, and we did it from 14,000 feet. I definitely felt the height, and it was very clear that it's very not natural for humans to fall from 14,000 feet.
