If I - or YOU - had a sheeter like that machine, yes, it’s probably easy. It’s “just” a matter of folding, buttering, folding, buttering, over and over. But “back in the day”, before sheeters, bakers DID do it by hand with a rolling pin, over and over. So it IS do-able without a sheeter.
@@suechapman6026 yeah as a home baker that actually does laminated brioche dough or other puff pastries... when you work with butter that needs to keep consistency and not blend... the hard part is doing all this at room temperature... the solution is to either have a cool controlled environnement either a table or a room or to go back and forth with a fridge or some refrigerating units between folds. the folding is just cumbersome not hard....
