So what makes it different than the original, the way you applied the butter block or freezing for hour instead or putting in refrigerator overnight and in between folds?
It almost became a brioche, for this not to happen it is good to fold the dough, then chill it and then roll it into croissants. Then it will have a spiral inside. Otherwise, I baked using this recipe and they came out well. I baked 20 mins one side at 170°C and then rotated the tray and baked for another 10 mins
