Thank you for the wonderful recipe. 🙏❤ I hope you don't mind that I'm adding your recipe in English. Croissants 300 ml Milk 200 ml Water 1 Egg 1 Packet Dry Yeast 10 gr 2 Tbls. Sugar 1 Tsp. Salt 550gr - 600gr Flour Knead together to a soft dough Let rise for 45 minutes 50 gr Melted Butter 1 Egg Yolk Knead until smooth dough. Divide into 2 parts. Use rolling pin to roll out the dough to about 40 x 40 cm. Spread half of the melted butter on top of rolled out dough. Fold over dough about 4 fingers width and do it again until the whole dough is folded and 4 fingers wide. Set aside and repeat with second part of the dough. Lay dough lengths next to each other and cut equal size strips. Take 1 folded strip and place on top of another strip. Use a chop stick to make an indent on the top of both strips, nearly all the way through. Pick up each of the now combined strips, stretch a little and wrap them around your finger. Repeat until all the strips are done. Place croissants on cookie tray lined with parchment paper. Let rest for 10 minutes. Apply beaten egg yolk to top of croissants. Bake in 180 degree Celsius oven, until golden brown.

I do believe though that the flour to liquid ratio is a bit off, as if using only that amount of flour, I think the dough will be very sticky and not easy to work with. I will update when I have tried it and, if I need to add more flour, I will write that here in the comments too. I also know that keeping the dough cold with the butter, can make things different... We'll see...☺

I believe there's an error in the proportions. With 500 ml of liquids between milk and water and 550 grams of flour, you don't get a dough that can be kneaded by hand, but a liquid, sticky dough that can't be kneaded. I'm trying it right now, and by adding flour gradually to achieve that consistency, I ended up using well over 850 grams of flour. I hope it works.
Обязательно приготовлю! После выпечки и остывания, можно отделить слои и поместить между ними крем, а потом отправить на несколько часов в холодильник, чтобы все пропиталось!

На такое количество жидкости (500 мл) +1 яйцо, однозначно 550 г муки и даже 600г будет мало.
Классные булочки получились, только видео очень длинное, можно было в три раза короче сделать.

300 ml Milk

Let rise for 45 minutes
50 gr Melted Butter
1 Egg Yolk
Knead until smooth dough. Divide into 2 parts.
Use rolling pin to roll out the dough to about 40 x 40 cm.
Spread half of the melted butter on top of rolled out dough.
Fold over dough about 4 fingers width and do it again until
the whole dough is folded and 4 fingers wide.
Set aside and repeat with second part of the dough.

Maximum water and milk that can b absorbed by 550 to 600 gms flour is only 60% that is 300 gms to 350 gms ; Recipe shown is wrong
