      If it's any consolation, I made several test batches that came out like sh*t where I did precise and exact measurements.
      The batch I said F it and forgot 50% of the sugar, came out perfect 😑

    I've tried making macrons once & they all came out hallow & not knowing how to fix it have never tried again since. But oh my goodness do I remember how much work 1 batch was! I am blown away by your tenacity. Especially since you made a couple compotes & all of the coloring and flavors. Just wow.
    Favorite color is the blue, it would be so beautiful to do a black or brown splatter to make them look like Robin's eggs! Flavor wise though, not knowing what all the flavors are, probably lemon. Though the peach would be amazing too! Honestly I'd eat them all. Macrons are just the best!

    Wow! This is truly a labor of love. I like the pink/blue combo’s the best. This is why I buy my macarons. I would have made a huge mess of them. How did you manage to not get filling all over the cookies and keep them so neat?

    This is similar to what I've been up to. Making about 12 dozen cookies every couple of days for a fundraiser. Limited pans and limited space so I was moving things around a lot. Had to do soft cookies first so they could harden enough to put in containers so they'd travel safely for delivery. I also decided to use parchment paper to speed up baking, less clean up between bakes and can even get 2-3 bakes out of one sheet. I'm not ready to tackle macarons yet. Still having fun just with cookies. Colour wise with your macarons I like the two aqua blue ones best but they all look perfect and look like bakery shop quality.

    Macrons are my favorite food XD. After seeing them being cooked and eaten in Pokemon Y for the 50th time I finally decided to try some. I'm now addicted to the lemon flavored ones at Publix haha. Maybe one day I'll learn to make my own

    great job!! i cant ever imagine to bake this huge batch at once, i was wondering how many baking trays did you use for all of them ?? whenever i think of baking macaroons the thought of it makes me tired and half of them turn out imperfect! hats off to you pretty lady 🎩 you are talented! go to a baking show👏👏

    Hi Thank you for your video. I would like to ask where did you store the maracons overnight before putting the cream. Did you keep them in the fridge or they can stay outside?

      I think I left them out, but covered. When possible I like to put them in the fridge though even if they’re not filled

    When I make macarons, I make the batter and then I separate and add color to each bowl and fold. Never have a problem doing it like to that....I use the Italian method.

    Hi my name is William I just finished pastry school I love your channel I have a customer wanting me to make lemon strawberry pistachio and mango macarons a dozen of each what is the best way to tackle all the flavors and I’ve only made French macarons so that will be what I’m making is there a good flavor combo to keep in stock and for the lemon should I put lemon curd or just a a lemon buttercream

    I love Macarons. I was at a mall today and there’s a Macaron kiosk. I broke down (I’m soooo weak…) and bought three (maybe 1 1/2” diameter) of them for $9.75. 🥴🥺 I could have purchased 3-4 BOXES of cookies at the supermarket for that price; or less!! But, Macarons are so yummy!!

    I'm confused about something...like I want to eventually sell pinwheel cookies at the farmer's market, but do I have to get up early in the morning to make them up fresh that day and throw away any that aren't sold at the market, or can they be made up ahead of time, and if so how long do they last?

      I suggest using more gel food colouring than you think you need OR powdered works really well

      HUGE difference. The pro mat just gets the job done so well. Such even baking even for the tops it makes a difference. Why I currently only own one is just foolish on my part 😂

    Incredible! How is the Fat Daddio silicone mat in terms of hollow shells? I've been using parchment paper which allows for full shells, but they don't hold their shape well like a silicone mat does!

    What do you recommend for a dessert table for a summer wedding I want to have one but I’m clueless to what type of desserts are better and good for summer

      Macarons with a stabilized buttercream will do well!! If it’s indoors you can really do anything. I find people love brighter fruity flavours in the summer, but I am a sucker for things like chocolate mousse too. Lighter smaller portioned desserts are always great for a wedding because people are usually pretty full!

    For how long do you putt them in de freezer? Or in the refrigerator? Mine always come out really nicely but get a bit soggy in the refrigerator. Like the fillings ruin the shell's. I sometimes have the same problem when they are in containers for to long :(

      The refrigerator doesn't fair AS well as the freezer. So if I'm going to be eating them shortly, I will put them in the fridge for a day or two with no issue. Otherwise, I put them in the freezer and when they're thawing out I put a piece of paper towel on top just to absorb any potential moisture build up.

    What is the strengh of your food processor, please? I am going to purchase one that will help me make almond flour as well as various nuts butter or paste, like peanut butter. I always struggle with that as I have a small chopper that gets too warm.

      Ooo I can’t remember, but it’s ‘J’adore les Macarons’ in Vancouver. In person classes only though they are on hold at the moment!

      Yes! I like to use Fat Daddio's, BUT I'm finding more and more that it's actually the non stick pro mat that makes the difference. :)
