The thing that I'm amazed with korean people is that they're willing to spend a lot of times for fancy and colorful stuffs like this. Their effort of making it looks pretty and the times they put in it really make it worth. They're so dedicated and didn't ridicule fancy foods like this. It's a really good way to encourage young people to pursue baking industries.
These videos are so calming and relaxing to watch. Even if, as a Westerner, I'm a bit confused and dismayed by the cheesey macaron! Although we do sometimes put cheese and sweet flavours together, in a macaron it's unexpected here (New Zealand) . Thank you for sharing ❤️

It's so interesting to see the way different countries take traditional recipes and make them their own. These are almost totally unrecognizable as compared to traditional french ones.
I was thinking that too! French style macarons are defo my favourite because the filling is VERY sweet and I like to enjoy the meringue too (too much filling can overpower and ruin it!)

Actually most Asian homes and places which run traditionally or by a family they are clean and hygienic because we all are used to using the diarect surface often like the kitchen tops and even the floor sometimes like for cutting vegetables we sit down or for making kimchi washing fish etc. 😊 But honestly the aesthetic is so calming and good plus minimalistic and functional that I'd love to work at one too 💜

It’s actually easy just frustrating when something happens like them cracking in the oven but that’s not letting them sit long enough to dry
Im pretty sure you can find macarons within the area you live in. The closest store that sells them for me are about 30 minutes from my home.
You should actually go to France. Its the country of macarons after all!
The learning curve is a pain in the ass but if you can get the hang of it, it's soooo satisfying when they turn out
