100% agreed bro! Success in life imo comes from following your true passion, calling and joy. By following this you WILL be obsessed with that thing and by definition, if you are obsessed then you WILL be successful People get it completely wrong they focus on what they think makes the most money instead of focusing on what their heart is called to do. By focusing on what your heart feels called to do you will end up making more money in something that apparently does not make that much money vs someone who is just chasing the money
Also I would rather do something that "doesn't make that much money" and have TRUE joy everyday because I LOVE doing it vs doing something that "makes a lot of money" like being an investment banker but am miserable everyday

Master Leong agree with you. Money as the starting point of business or work usually you will feel burn out after a couple of months or years. So having passion in what you do can prolong how long you can stay in the business or work, slowly then build up the wealth as you go along the journey.

value investing i would say 90% of the job is research and analysis, so if one really passionate then can consider getting a degree in business and management studies or accounting... the most obvious path is to be an analyst otherwise to be an accountant, studying hundreds of companies its very difficult to become a fund manager, mostly you invest your own money but to become a fund manager u go for CFA or master in finance, then shift from analyst to portfolio manager
if u are passionate about value investing also got others paths like being a trainer or being an equity dealer, guiding clients on how to be a value investor can also be writing articles on value investing so many websites that promote investing from a value approach so many possibilities, i think your vision is too narrow already youtube is the furthest away from value investing, its more like entertainment lol
