24:48 the people walking on the train tracks are Malaysians who have been barred from leaving their country-usually due to financial/bankruptcy. They come to Singapore to work to earn money to pay off their bankruptcy, but they have to leave and enter their own country illegally, because otherwise they won't be allowed out. this is the kind of ICA coverage that I like to see. Good job CNA Insider. You did a great job filming this one this time. we can now understand what goes on in the daily work of ICA officers, especially I guess many of us read about that traveller who uploaded the ICA video clip thingy and now get to see, what actually happened on that day and after that.

@@ShadowRap-y5l I've worked in tourism and retail, so I've seen all sorts of entitled customers. My fellow Singaporeans are usually the most entitled, and thus seeing the rude traveler's behavior is not surprising because I've seen plenty of Singaporeans behave like him.

Proud of our ICA officers. Compare to other global and neighboring countries immigration checkpoints, they can b role model to follow according to rightful and legal SOP, mannerisms and public reflection. Some countries, their officers are rude, unfriendly, not helpful and like to show body language, shout and loudmouth. Proud of you guys, you are the first line PR representing the Singapore Flag for friendship. Keep up the good works Govt should accord more variable bonuses to all these front-line service workforce. RESPECT and SALUTE.

The PRC tried to enter Singapore from Malaysia by using a counterfeit passport. Shows the security level at our neighbouring country (when they allowed the man to enter previously). Kudos to ICA for protecting Singapore's borders!

I admit our security suck also our chinese citizens also sometime suck too..
Like my old chinese boss, he bring his PRC friends to have fun in malaysia, later my boss suddenly ask us to work like China factory..
I guess his PRC friends doesn't see us like human beings like how they did in China.

Singapore's border security team is the best that I've seen in the world, even the West can't compare. Firm, professional and a dedicated bunch. And not forgetting, officer Rini is so sweet looking and pretty too.
