I sold yesterday my Mapletree Reit to go all in on Link Reit and CK asset . My logic is that Mapletree has a 40% gearing plus the assets which I dont like that much(Japan and South Korea) , also discount to book value is lower.

ML, For investors and traders, if we deposit money into a broker that suddenly closes down, could our funds be delayed for years before we can withdraw them? (example IBKR, moomoo etc..)

I can empathize with the emptiness felt when you started to experience defeat, and everything seemed to go down on luck. It looked like how the outdated China national athletes felt when they passed their prime for medals and got forsaken. Some even ended as beggars as they had no qualifications and other skills to survive on. They felt out of place which was what you experienced. However, I salute you for the great courage to share with us about the attempts and your treatments. Perhaps speaking a little slower can help to manage your anxiety. As a parent, I am very worried for our new generation heavily indulging in gaming in any forms. May I suggest you create a sharing in the eyes of young kids to teenager on your experience and your message to them on how to focus on other stuff in life over gaming and studies? Thank you!
