Perhaps you should consider taking a few months break till 2025, get yourself back to top form, then decide next step. I.e stop looking at markets, stop RUclips, stop streaming. Focus on getting back to form. The streaming and RUclips video and talking to community on stocks or watching the market movements daily will cause further anxiety. China goes u, you are happy. China drop, you feel stressed. Not the formula to stabilize mental health. Get well soon and take care!
