ML, the whole market now is not supported by fundamentals but greed and emotional buying. It doesn't need a 30% drop to cause a crash. All it takes is just a 10-15% correction and fear will drive the crash.

But if you are into risky but high yield instant gratification assets, then any of the magnificent 7, S&P500 etf and even bitcoin. These can go X times up or down. Ultimately, you need to think about what fits you best.

One black swan to watch out for is the direction of Fed int rate 2025. It may not continue to come down or come down as much as many think. REITs investing is not a 100 percent sure win at this moment.
most people are bearish on reits but even if their borrowing cost remains high at 6-8% i am still happy to collect the dividends if borrowing cost comes down then dpu will be higher then great... if not nvm... that's value investing that's margin of safety if u not into value investing then my sharing would not be useful to u cheers

nothing is 100% sure win, futures market is pricing 2-3 rate cuts for 2025 and this could change depending on inflation going forward
