so is this the same in a c5 corvette cause in mines it giving me the same code and i want to fix it with my dad but i want to make sure that that this will work in mine car as i own a 1999 c5 so if somone can let me know that the evap vent is in the same location as the video, thank u

Was your car idling rough before you fixed the code? and if it was did it fix when you switched out the valve?
Nah, it showed no symptoms just got a check engine light, idle was perfect and no issues with performance.

@@bstnbdywrk8304I believe with the C5 it’s above the passenger side tank. The solenoid is next to the diff on the passenger side fuel tank wall.
Was your car not letting a lot of gas in?
I didn't have that issue but I was getting a check engine for the evap vent solenoid.
