After seeing your vid regarding infrared heating hotpacks, I bought 2. One for wrapping around the neck & shoulders, and 1 that’s like a towel from Doyle’s’ Physiotherapy in New South Wales, Australia. The pads have a handheld electronic controller to help adjust heat and timer. I can’t thank you both enough, especially because I have spent a small fortune on microwaveable hot packs that don’t stay warm for longer than 1/2 an hour. Thank you both VERY MUCH!!! Best Wishes & keep up your great work. From Anna.
Push-ups helped you because they are an excellent exercise for building upper body strength and endurance. They engage multiple muscle groups, including the chest, triceps, shoulders, and core, and can be performed anywhere without any equipment. Additionally, push-ups require minimal time investment and can be easily incorporated into any workout routine. By consistently performing push-ups, you are challenging your body and forcing it to adapt, which leads to increased strength and fitness. So, keep it up!
Hey, Bob & Brad! Big fan of the channel. Question, do you have any advice on restless leg syndrome? I've been dealing with this for most of my life since I was a kid, predominantly at night when trying to fall asleep. Thanks again for the awesome videos!
Hi I am 33 years old and I use a wheelchair and I am currently looking for ideas of close chain exercises that I can do from a wheelchair my physical therapist recommends that I do more of these so that I can stretch my shoulder so I get off the floor any ideas would be great thanks

Can make it even more challenging by standing/positioning on your tippy toes, once you build up your strength of course (like he did towards the end).
