  • Recorded during quick rehearsal, sadly its a lot of background noises. Wanted to share video anyways becouse there was very pleasant acoustic in this room, which allowed my instrument sound as I designed.
This instrument I biult with little(but very important) help of my friend, Krzysztof Strzelecki. Its not finished yet. Started building it in 2017, since than it was a lot of changes and new ideas which lead to completely new instrument. I decided to call it "Concert celesta". It has 7 octaves and unique mechanism. Playing on it is completely different than piano and normal celesta, its something between clavichord and carillon in technique. Developing this is so much fun, I wish to present it for bigger audience soon.

I've never heard Liebestraum played in such a heavenly way, where the middle section sounds graceful rather than rather dramatic. Nice interpretation

I have a piano roll for this song and I always love it. It’s nice to hear it on such a peaceful instrument like this one

The Celesta is usually played like a Piano but you decided to make a version (Concert Celesta) that has the same range as a Piano (but an Octave higher) so you could play it exactly like an 88 Key Piano.

@@marekkudriaszow3943 The resonators for those low notes are big but for the lower notes than that Guitar E2 they can be tubular pointing outwards so the sound would be directed towards the walls.

The Lower notes have a good "Boom" to them. What if the resonators for those notes were actually Tubular & pointing outwards so the sound would be directed towards the walls?

Thanks, I tried curved ones, was not quite happy with them

@@marekkudriaszow3943 I think the Curved ones do need some work because w/ that you could make them more compact & allow for a full 88 keys from A1 to C9 which is the same range as a Piano but an Octave Higher.

@@marekkudriaszow3943 Actually they can be Tubular & if you have them angled to point towards the walls then the sound would be directed towards the walls.
